Me and my fiancé visited the Barnsley store to buy our wedding perfume. We were served by Abbie and she was fantastic. She was really helpful, making sure we were happy with what we chose. Will definitely be returning for future purchases.

I have been coming to the Perfume Shop in Barnsley for years and I absolutely love the customer service, all the staff go above and beyond. Shout out to Courtney, Fiona, Michelle and Elana. They are all really helpful, they listen to what you might like to try, giving advice really quickly and efficiently, and they are a fun team that just bring me so much happiness when I go and get my several bottles of Alien filled up every month! Fantastic visit. Got a really good deal on some Gucci perfume. Courtney gift wrapped this for a small extra charge and I have to say some of the best service I've received anywhere when buying anything. Well done, will be back and recommend to all.

Me and my wife visited the Barnsley store and were greeted upon our visit by Courtney. She was absolutely fabulous with us!

We were looking for a new scent that was similar to what we would have normally and straight away, Courtney offered up a variety of tester options for us to take away with us. Upon deciding and narrowing down to some close favourites, she let us wear the spray on our skin and then come back after some time so we could really get a feel for the scent on our bodies.

From start to finish, she was very attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and above all else, a pleasure to deal with!

Very experienced and professional staff, with a noticeable passion for perfumes, helped me out to discover my next daily parfume as what i was using got discontinued. The staff was very helpful with me as i was smelling dozens of perfumes and not got criticised for it instead got updated on new arrivals, and had little insight on the upcoming perfumes as well as on new offers and gifts. The store in Alhambra, Barnsley, has the best customer service i have ever experienced. Very professional and will definitely go back there and recommend it to everyone else.
