We went to the store in the Alhambra Barnsley and was so happy with the staff and purchase
We went to the store in the Alhambra Barnsley and didn’t know what we wanted . Fiona couldn’t do enough for us we were able to test perfumes and found the one we wanted . Fiona then asked if we wanted it wrapping with a special message . This experience and brilliant customer service was wonderful. We also got a bargain with special offers. On top of that we got a little sample of perfume and men’s aftershave . How lovely .

Friendly smiles and lovely customer service.
I was served by Fiona at the barnsley store, she served me very quickly and had such a friendly smile and beautiful customer service, she helped me find my favourite perfume, Vera wang- princess, and even helped me sample a different perfume, which I'll most definitely be going back for, I even had a lovely surprise of receiving a few free samples which brightened my day after having a tough morning, in the short time I was there she made me feel very valued which is rare in this day and age as most places just make you feel like another transaction, so thankyou Fiona for making what started as a tough day a little brighter.
