Big shout out to Naheed at the perfume shop. She served me today with a big smile and introduced me to the some amazing fragrances as I was struggling to find a perfect gift for my dear friend and Naheed (the lovely lady )helped me to choose the best gift. Went into the store looking for a specific brand, was approached by Barbara one of the nicest assistants l have come across, she not only found the item l was looking for but she had it gift wrapped in the nicest possible way.

Princess was absolutely fantastic- helped me understand the different fragrance’s under the ISL brand and guided me on aromas. Warm and friendly and extremely helpful- fantastic sales woman

I’ve always gone elsewhere for my perfume but I wondered in and was served by Barbara who was so helpful and her customer service, care and attention was just outstanding. Nothing was ever too much and she did everything to help me and my mum find the perfect fragrance, whilst we didn’t purchase anything as we found the item cheaper elsewhere, she was absolutely brilliant and will be sure to pop in again.

Teejay was so kind and attentive . I only spent £8.99 on a perfume and he did everything , wrapped it beautifully , put a bow on it , in a bag with red tissue in top. Helped me choose it . Fantastic customer service .

Great experience. Great range of perfumes. Clean and tidy store. Well organised. Staff are extremely helpful and kind. Siena was especially great. She was patient and helped to find the right perfume for me.
