Brilliant Customer Satisfaction Review
I went to the perfume shop store in Bradford Broadway last Sunday to purchase 2 aftershaves for myself. They had one in stock and they had to order the Armani EDP online because the fragrance was out of stock in their store. The 2 Staff that I got served by, were really great and sound!! Customer satisfaction at its best. I’m sorry but I don’t know the names of the 2 kind staff that served me but when I go next time, I will include their names in my new review. Thank you to them both and the perfume shop for being amazing.

My bank details were used for An automatic renewal without my consent for a membership of £15 which makes no sense! all I did was ? I purchased a perfume from the physical shop in Bradford never opened any accounts or agreed to any membership or renewal. This are dodgy I tried contacting the customer services and they were helpless and saying that it is not us but it is the FRAGRANCE SHOP? But The email I received about the renewal date was from THE PERFUME SHOP and contacted them on the number they had displayed and all they said was contact the FRAGRANCE SHOP cause they charge for the loyalty cards which makes no sense very dodgy.
