Delivered quickly ,great packaging and great quality product.

As always my order was good. However I find it very strange that me as a regular customer who spends quite a lot of money with you buys two perfumes at £77 only to find three days later you have it on sale at£68. Can you explain this as I lost £18 on the deal

Had a great time in there, Clodagh was reall helpful & attentive , was so nice too !! Extremely patient with me and my friend, gave me a sample to the pandora perfume. I defo will come back to buy it !

I wanted to do this review about few weeks back but been so busy as I went to the shop day before university but the employee at the Perfume Shop, her name is - Kacey rain and her customer service was amazing and I just wanted to say that I was so happy and her perfume knowledge is amazing so thank you Kacey for the amazing service made my day that day so thank you again queen!!!

Went in to find a replacement for my favourite scent which has been discontinued and Louise couldn't have been more helpful. Really happy with the service and my new perfume!

Lou one of the employees who work there is absolutely fantastic she has a great knowledge in her perfumes and knows exactly what scent suited my vibe! Her charisma and bubbly personality is amazing she made my day!

I visited the Cabot Circus store in Bristol today and was served by Renee assisted by Ria. Both were really helpful, taking their time to give good suggestions, they were not pushy at all. I had no idea what I wanted but needed a change. I ended up buying a perfume that i knew and a 10ml bottle of a perfume that I thought I liked but was unsure. I had no idea you could but small amounts like this, its a good sales idea because I have used the new perfume at home and love it, I will definitely go back to get a full size!
I am so impressed by Renee and Ria, I will be buying perfume from this store from now on. Thank you for making my buying experience a good one!

Not much too say but what i will say i loved the gift wrap as I received the perfume as a gift

Went into the perfume shop at cabot circus today to refill my two angel bottles . I had a perfect experience thanks to ‘Renee’ behind the counter. Her service was excellent and so friendly . I left with not only a beautiful fragrance but also feeling genuinely cared for :) Couldn’t recommend this place or service enough .

Lewis served us and gave me great advice. A lovely young man who is fantastic at customer service.

Whenever I have visited this place I have always been welcomed. I always will get asked if im looking for anything in particular. Great customer service and good recommendations if you don’t know of what to get. Overall is a must visit place if you love fragrances or would love to start getting into fragrances.
