Liberty was so helpful, I’ve been trying to find a new scent for months to no avail. On 30 minutes she’s taken me through several explained all about them and even written the names down so I could keep track! Finally I have 2 new perfumes that I’m so happy with !

Went in store 519 searching for a new perfume .so glad Abbie came to help me . Normally I get staff that would get me to testers but then they stand there making me feel awkward that I haven’t made a decision . Abbie did not make me feel uncomfortable. I explained to Abbie I really want to get a new perfume ..she was very keen to help me but not pushy . She was very understanding to what I normally like to wear and trying to find similar smells for me to try . She did all this without making me feel that I was wasting her time ( which I have experienced in other shops ) I must have tried about 10 different perfumes .
I was so happy I left the store with a new perfume

The staff was very accommodating. She gives me multiple options to choose from. She is very kind.

Straightward to order delivered in secure packaging wonderful parfum at a good price.
I have had problems logging in I will visit the shop in town as I prefer the experience of the sale staff interaction though.

When I went to the perfume shop I was served by Marshal. He was extremely friendly and polite, he helped me so much. I went in looking to buy one fragrance and I walked out with three and my mom had one too. Over all amazing customer service!

I was very impressed with the customer service I received during my visit today in Nottingham. I was served by two lovely members of staff, Liberty and Marshall, who answered all my questions, were extremely helpful and friendly and put a smile on my face! I have already recommended to my family and friends! X

Me and my two friends were we trying some scents in the Nottingham Clumber street Superdrug location, and a lovely lady called Laura was helping us. She was absolutely fantastic and we all left very happy customers. She made our day!!
