Visited the store in Superdrug, Nottingham. We were served by Andrea who was so lovely and ensured we had exactly what we needed for my daughter’s birthday. She was brilliant at wrapping the gift and took so much care.

She was bubbly, patient and very thorough.

I left with every present needed.

I returned today, only to be greeted with her radiant smile again.

Excellent service. Went to purchase some perfume on offer and didn't realise I needed a perfume shop card. The assistant immediately offered me one to obtain the discount. She was very helpful and polite which is very rare these days. Thankyou very much

i went in not knowing what i wanted but abi let me try so many things! she seemed to genuinely care about me finding a scent i liked which was so lovely!

Liberty was so helpful, I’ve been trying to find a new scent for months to no avail. On 30 minutes she’s taken me through several explained all about them and even written the names down so I could keep track! Finally I have 2 new perfumes that I’m so happy with !

Fantastic service by Andrea at the Perfume shop on clumber street in Nottingham. Excellent customer service, spent time helping me with different fragrances for Christmas presents and gift wrapped all my purchases beautifully. Also signed me up to the loyalty card.

Went in store 519 searching for a new perfume .so glad Abbie came to help me . Normally I get staff that would get me to testers but then they stand there making me feel awkward that I haven’t made a decision . Abbie did not make me feel uncomfortable. I explained to Abbie I really want to get a new perfume ..she was very keen to help me but not pushy . She was very understanding to what I normally like to wear and trying to find similar smells for me to try . She did all this without making me feel that I was wasting her time ( which I have experienced in other shops ) I must have tried about 10 different perfumes .
I was so happy I left the store with a new perfume

The staff was very accommodating. She gives me multiple options to choose from. She is very kind.

Straightward to order delivered in secure packaging wonderful parfum at a good price.
I have had problems logging in I will visit the shop in town as I prefer the experience of the sale staff interaction though.
