Hi two Laura’s Colchester branch
Hi just want to say that myself and my daughter visited your Colchester store to buy some perfumes for Xmas gifts for the family,we met a lovley young lady Laura (lovley purple hair) who served us she was so bubbly and happy she helped us to choose what we required as we was totally confused with all the perfumes ,Laura was very attentive with every question I had showing and explaining different product’s, amazing made us feel very comfortable and did not rush us at all then low and behold another young lady also named Laura came to help as well, both girls were very polite great customer service we left the store very happy customers!!!well done girls you helped to take some of the stress out of Xmas shopping brilliant!!!!and happy Christmas to you both x
