I was visiting ur Cribbs Causeway store 2day (12/06/26) whereby I was in ur branch to make a couple of purchases for my wife & I & I have to say the service I received was outstanding both from Vaiza (team leader) & the lovely Linda (store manager) both of these ladies were so friendly & helpful & it has to be said I've been a regular customer in The Perfume Shop for many years in particular ur Cribbs Causeway branch & the service is always 100% on point & always leave feeling happy & satisfied, I feel the service I receive in Cribbs should be consistent all around in other stores & sadly this isn't always the case especially wen I visit ur Cabot Circus branch which they could do with brushing up there customer service skills. But generally I'm happy with the level of service I get in Cribbs Causeway & Linda & Vaiza are a credit to the company & represent brand image extremely well

It was on offer & explained the reduced price. She processed the order for me (I took 2 bottles as was too good an opportunity to miss a bargain) this meant free delivery which I received the very next day. Very efficient, thank you so much!

The customer service at the perfume shop Cribbs causway was just amazing, greated with staff smiling and knowledgeable on perfumes I spoke to a lovely young lady called Mal and her customer service was amazing, she made sure that I was able to get all the things I needed and she was patient and informative at all times, her response to my questions where always a smile and just the right information I needed! Very helpful and friendly. She offered to get what I wanted delivered yet three weeks before it wasn't there and the grumpy girl didn't suggest it !!!

Great service!
I found The Perfume Shop stocked the Paco Rabanne aftershave my husband has loved for years which is hard to find now. Whilst they didn’t have it in stock in Cribbs Causeway store they quickly ordered it on line for me and I received it by post quite promptly a few days later in time for Xmas! Yay! The staff were very courteous and helpful despite the fact that they were busy dealing with Christmas orders.
