I was buying a anniversary gift for my husband and didn't know what fragrance he would like
Vikki was willing to help me choose a suitable fragrance which he loves
She is a amazing lady warm friendly and welcoming and made me feel at ease
She is a credit to you and your company and I'll be happy to buy from her in the near future

Never visited the store for myself before but fancied a treat, was served by vikki she let me test a range of perfumes and gave me her recommendations i found the perfect scent. Vikki honestly couldn't do enough for me she is an asset too ur company

For starters there was an arrange of different perfumes to smell, all suggested by Vikki.
She was a lovely enthusiastic lady who gave me the right smell for me.

Everytime I go in the ladies are always welcoming especially vikki she was way and above her job role no question is never a problem.she knows her job through and through,she's warm,welcoming greeting us with a smile always on her face she is a credit to your store and your team x I wouldn't go anywhere else for my addiction top up

Been twice and both young girls Sophie and Bethany were excellent knew the products and best deals so unusual nowadays either really lucky or great training so good been back twice and bought both perfume and aftershave thanks girls

All staff members were busy, but Sophie explained she would be with me in a minute after she had finished with her customer. Ann asked me what I was looking for, I purchased Armani Diamonds as it was one of the purfumes my daughter had suggested for her birthday. Ann said that if I spent a bit more I would get 20%off today, great so I ended up buying another of my daughters requested perfume Armani She. Ann was very helpful and pleasant, and Sophie and I shared a joke with another customer. Loverly atmosphere in store, very welcoming. As a manager of an opticians in Darlington I have always bought my perfumes from this store. Pass my regards on to the Darlington store.

I was in the shop on the 16/04/2025 with my little girl who has cerebral palsy who is in a wheel chair. My daughter is non verbal and it can sometimes be hard taking her around the shops due to the lack of customer care and ability to get a round. Ann who served me at the time was more than accommodating and I would like to commend her for her outstanding customer service. I am currently a business consultant and I have trained many of people in customer service and previously a mystery shopper, so you could say I know great customer service when I experience it. I would therefore like the perfume shop to ensure that Ann's service is commended. She showed text book customer centricity (putting the customer at the heart of the process from start to finish) I had not shopped at the perfume shop for some time but you will sure to see me shopping much more often after such an amazing customer service experience, thanks to Ann!

Excellent service. Ordered in the shop by a very helpful assistant. Delivered two days later to my home address.

Bethany give many options and made it a lot easier to pick what I wanted great customer service

Visited the Darlington branch on 26/04/2025 at about lunchtime and was served by Bethany. I was after a particular scent but I only knew the brand. Bethany's knowledge and expertise made finding what I wanted very simple and she enrolled me on to their loyalty scheme which gave me an automatic discount.
I ended up changing my mind on my purchase and returned to the store about 30 minutes later to do an exchange, I was served by Bethany again who dealt with the exchange swiftly. I ended up going for a slightly more expensive product which "unlocked" an even higher level of discount than I got previously! Definitely going back for something else that piqued my interest while I was there.

I was helped out by Sophie today picking perfumes out for my mam and sister. She was really helpful and dead canny to chat to and I really appreciated the extra mile she went to help it was unreal. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back again. All the staff there are absolutely class so you’re in good hands!

I visited the Darlington store 22/02/2025, I was looking for a particular product as soon as I bc walked in the store a lady called Ann asked me if she could help I explained what I wanted but unfortunately this product is no longer available. However Ann helped me with a similar product out of 3 different kind we got the the nearest one I liked. A was brilliant and an asset to the darlington store thank you Ann you were great.

Ordered perfume online and received wrong item, customer service team sorted for me to exchange in my local store. The staff in store were also amazing and exchanged the perfume without any issue demonstrating good customer service throughout for both.
