I had such a wonderful experience at Perfume Shop. I went in to pick a birthday gift for my partner, and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. A lovely lady assisted me with writing a beautiful message and wrapping the gift and her name was Mika. The customer service was outstanding, and the entire shopping experience was so pleasant. Highly recommend this store for great products and amazing service

The best fragrance shop
Definitely the best fragrance shop I have been to. The prices are unmatched and some brilliant offers.
Was served by Aisha, very kind and polite lady, and helped me get the most for my money.
was very happy the service, and the final product. A top brand fragrance hugged by a teddy and gift wrapped with a custom message ribbon. Was perfect.
I'll be certainly coming again.
Highly recommend.

Lovely visit
We visited the Derby store 370 for some perfumes for Mother’s Day. We were approached by a lovely lady called Lynne who was very welcoming and helpful. Our visit was very quick and easy, service was great and would definately return to the store.
Lynne also gift wrapped our perfumes for us and kept a lovely conversation flowing throughout!
