Great products and fantastic team!
Store stocks a wide range of great products and cannot recommend the staff enough - Jake in particular who served me, who was extremely helpful, friendly and patient (he must've stayed with me a good 30-40 mins, always suggesting great perfumes tailored to my picky taste). Really helped me to narrow down my choices and pick the right scent for me, and explained each one in great detail and in a way that was easy to understand - 10/10 🌟
Highly recommend this store for perfumes and especially Jake thanks to his fantastic customer service, kindness and expertise, especially when buying something so personal to each of us - can't ask for more!

Rude service
I came into the Exeter store on Saturday the 1st of march and I was approached by a blonde girl I think her name was liv or lib, she was very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable and unwanted in the store, I struggle bad with my anxiety and being made to feel this way is very unpleasant. I would really consider who you employ. I won’t be shopping here again.
