Amazing customer service - Thank you Jake
Came into the store to maybe buy a perfume, I was immediately greeted by a the colleague Jake who gave me great customer service. He took me through some amazing recommendations for what summer fragrances to buy and it led me to purchasing one from the store. Additionally, the lady behind the counter (sorry I didn’t catch your name) was brilliant with bagging up my fragrance and offering a small discount and little extras with my purchase. I was only in Exeter as part of my holiday but if I was to revisit and wanted to purchase a perfume then I would most definitely return to the store. (P.S. Please extend Jake’s contract as he preformed an amazing job at customer service and he acts as a great example of what quality customer service looks like)

Perfect Customer Service
I completely brought the wrong perfume for my wife at Christmas. I contacted Danny at the Exeter branch and he was amazing. We returned the perfume and we even received a refund.

The staff in the perfume shop couldn't have been more helpful. I couldn't find it on the shelves so they checked the stock room and when they found it was out of stock told me I could order it. It arrived the same week!!
