Lisa and Co worker were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, helping a guy well out of his comfort zone.
Even had me writing an Anniversary message on screen and beautifully gift wrapped my purchase, which was very well recieved indeed. I will return.

Lisa was very welcoming and approachable. She ralked to me about perfumes that I said I like the scent of even though I wasn't sure what brand to go for. I had a very positive experience and will recommend the store and staff to friends

I was lucky to browse the store today and to have Aurora help me find my fragrance on a price that's very encouraging. Loved the experience that was quick as well as making me happy for the value that I got fory money.

After leaving Inverness for my home back in Cornwall, and here again on holiday , I revisited the perfume shop in the Eastgate centre! What a truly lovely experience. I met Ann …. a friendly helpful person whom I would happily recommend to anyone looking for a new or favourite perfume. I have recently arrived from overseas and wanted to purchase perfume for Family and friends.
I had used The Perfume Shop when I visited several years ago and had an enjoyable experience.
I was looking for a particular perfume that the other shops in town did not carry but could order online. The Perfume Shop, Inverness had this in stock, which was great.
I was served by two amazing assistants, Ann and Ellis. Their knowledge of the products and range was top notch.
They both took the time to go through all perfumes available and went out of their way to give value me for money.
A free gift wrapping service was offered with a very nice, brand specific bag to put my purchase into.
Needless to say, the presentation of this gift to a friend was much appreciated.
I would strongly suggest that if anyone was looking for a shop with a great range as well as knowledgable and friendly staff, don't go past The Perfume Shop in Inverness

I was served by Ann today at the Perfume Shop in Inverness who was very helpful, she advised me on different aftershaves to purchase for my son.
I have visited the shop on various occasions and the staff, especially Ann, have always been friendly and very helpful with good advice.

I was buying a Birthday present for a friend as it was a special Birthday. The staff were so helpful and although busy did not rush me. My gift was wrapped and I chose a lovely personalised ribbon, to give the final touch to the perfume I chose. I will definitely go back.
