The perfume shop on the lower ground in Lakeside have genuinely the best staff. Karen made the experience worthwhile and was so friendly and patient. Didn’t even consider going elsewhere or comparing prices with other perfume shops. She was great! 10/10 experience.

Brilliant service , so friendly.
I came into the store a few weeks ago looking for a special gift for my groom. Been elsewhere looking beforehand without any success , the service I got here was fabulous and the ladies helped me relax and find the exact aftershave I wanted.
Located on the ground floor of lakeside - definitely worth a visit and I will return for sure.

Great service by Nicky at the Thurrock Lakeside store…
Visited the Thurrock Lakeside store with my 85 yo mum who wanted to buy a gift for 46 yo male neighbour who had been very helpful to her.
We were attended to by Nicki who was so lovely and incredibly kind to mum. From finding something for mum to sit on as soon as she saw her with a walking stick, to patiently providing several scents for mum to guess what a 46 yo man, whom she knows only so much, might like. Her gift wrapping was an added bonus.
Great service Nicky, kudos!!
