The perfume shop Lakeside ground floor
I was shopping today 14.12.24 at the perfume shop in Lakeside Thurrock on.the ground floor. I was served by a young lady called Karen. She was extremely helpful and polite and also very knowledgeable.
I wasn't sure what I wanted to buy my wife and ahe made various suggestions until I found the perfect perfume. Ialso got something for myself as it was buy one get one half price.

Visited perfume shop earlier this month I wanted to do a massive Christmas shop.
I made my way to primark and noticed there was a perfume shop on the ground floor, the staff were all smiling at the door, standing ready for customers. This encouraged me to go in. A young Asian girl greeted me straight away, asked me if I was looking for anything specific. She was so kind, and helpful I showed her a few pictures of perfumes I was after, I’m awful with technology so this took me a long time, she assured me it’s okay and made me feel comfortable. She also helped me download the perfume shop app and told me I can accumulate points for my purchases. I didn’t know perfume shop to personalised ribbons and gift wrapping, which she kindly wrapped for me. I saved alot of buying wrapping paper, as this was all provided. Excellent customer service! I’m so pleased
