I was welcomed immediately on entering the store by Cara, she was amazing! Helped me purchase multiple gifts for my siblings Birthday! Highly recommend seeing her in store. All the best to her and her colleagues.

I got the mixed up with the fragrance store and I wanted to complain about being charged for being a member, but they explain to me very politely and very nicely that they weren't the fragrance store and they do not charge a membership fee it's only because I was charging membership fee from the fragrance store and I almost took it out on them I wanted to be apologetic and because I was going to buy some products anyway, and I wanted to share my appreciation to the perfume store and a the member of staff, who was very helpful and helped me out her name is apaa I think but I don't know how to spell it at the shires mall in Leicester.
This young lady knew her fragrance, and she helps me pick out the best 4 fragrance that I liked they make me feel very welcome and look after you with care.
I would go back there every month when I get paid just to buy some more products.

Really really great service today from two young girls (Asma & Ines) in Leicester highcross shop. So happy leaving with two big Dior perfumes and saved lots of money. Only came in for one perfume and ended up with two. They were really good sales people. Would shop again and recommend getting served by them. They were friendly and really funny

Really thankful for Andreia at the Leicester Highcross branch. She was really accommodating and helpful with what a wanted to buy. She showed a great understanding of products and was able to help me navigate the shop while using a wheelchair. Thank you Andreia :)

My cousins birthday was coming up and she had expressed that she wanted a designer perfurme for her 15th birthday. Now I'm not very familiar with what's trendy for teenagers nowadays and was all a bit lost tbh. Luckily, there was a very helpful and friendly young gentleman called Khad. He greeted me with a warm smile & asked if I needed any assistance which I was quite thankful for. He spent a good 15 minutes with me ensuring to enquire about my cousins likes and dislikes. After that he gave me the time to further look around which I appreciated cause when getting a 🎁 for someone it can be overwhelming. I made up my mind & bought 2 and I couldn't be more thankful to Khad for assisting me! What a lovely young chap!!!

Fantastic customer service by Andreia in Leicester Highcross. So friendly and goes above and beyond. I always leave with a smile and feel happy when served by Andreia. Need more staff like her.

Had such a good time shopping in the store. Customer service was great, gave good suggestions on what perfume to get, and there was good discounts in store as well. A solid 10/10 experience!

absolutely not happy with the service. I went in to purchase a perfume, i tried to ask for help from one of the workers (fair skinned, wore a headscarf) and literally got ignored, she looked at me and walked in the other direction whilst on her phone, texting away. SINCE WHEN ARE EMPLOYEES ALLOWED TO BE ON THEIR PHONES, what kind of customer service is this. I will not be shopping here again, where customers are not prioritised, i left without buying anything.

I always shop at the perfume shop in highcross Leicester the service I get is outstanding staff are very friendly always greeting with respect and kindness Khalid is one of the most helpful he always approaches me and supports me with anything tells me the offers they have as well as Cara best service ever received.

I visited the Leicester Highcross centre Perfume Shop with my wife today. We wanted a new fragrance each, and had fantastic service from the store manager, Andrea. Even at a busy time, she was incredibly helpful, insightful with different fragrance types, and we left the store with a number of products each. I work in a services environment and rarely do I see such wonderful, kind, knowledgeable service as we did today from Andrea. A credit to the company.

The Product arrived in good time, just before Christmas. It was well wrapped. Delivery information was always timely. Price was good too. would happily use again.

Store manager for this shop extremely unhelpful to support and help to return 2 items. This due to me getting a new card from bank. Only on Monday 23 December pm . Store manager in my view extremely rude and very unhelpful I. Her approach over return. She trying to argue fact over receipt status refund policy. When I quized her she when on to a different policy . After me requesting a copy of this policy it was declined. Also requested area manager information this was declined to. Not very surprised at all.

The over first time experience outrageous and poor and I question ❓ if store manager fit enough to be in charge of store

It's was clear from my experience on Monday that all they were bothered about sales.

Even when I showed bank statements she still refused to refund it.
