Suzanne and Afia were so welcoming and polite. Went to pick up an order. I asked if it coukd be gift wrapped and the ladies did a fantastic job. I also asked when a certain perfume would be on offer and was informed it was on offer at the moment. I didn't get the lady's name and sadly it doesn't say on the receipt :( I don't often write reviews, but I had to for this lady. I hope i give enough information and she see's this and realize it's for her.
I went in with my mum and went to look at the one she likes. The lady approached us and asked if we needed any assistance. She gave a sample of smell on a piece of card and asked if my mum wanted it sprayed on her skin as she informed us that it smells different on card and skin, and she was right; i never knew this!
I bought the Gucci Bamboo EDTV50M (Pink box). At the check out, after i paid for it, she said to my mum, "Merry Christmas, or Happy Birthday or Happy You day" we all had a laugh! Funny thing is that it'll be my birthday tomorrow 😂
She was extremely helpful! Great energy, very friendly, very patient! Its very rare i go into retail stores and come out with a smile, but this lady suceeded that! Purchased on Friday, 02/01/2026 at 12:54:07
