Atmosphere was very mellow with all the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Libby served us. She was just lovely and was perfectly turned out, not alot of staff in shops make that effort. Libby made suggestions when we said what keynotes of scents we liked. Her knowledge was spot on and we ended up buting more than planned. We even have suggestions for next time we go in. There was no pressure to buy anything and nothing was too much trouble. Would 💯% recommend the Liverpool One store to anyone. Especially someone who has got a clue like my husband! 🤣 Thank you so much.

Didn’t want to leave
Firstly Upon entering the store I wasn’t pounced on , I was left for a few mins to get my bearings and see what the store had. The counters were dressed beautifully and the shop layout is fab ,
I was approached by a worker who then supported and advised me with what I needed. We found the Perfect gift for an older work colleague, I even left with a little something for myself . I hate shopping for stuff like this usually because multiple workers would all ask you “are you ok “ one after another within seconds of being in store , here I was able to browse, laugh and joke with the workers, no pressure and most of all they managed get me the best value for money , thank you ❤️

Shout out to Mel for the help
Went into The Perfume Shop in Liverpool ONE because I wanted to get a decent aftershave but had absolutely no idea what I was doing. Mel helped me and she was honestly really sound.
I felt a bit awkward at first, but she was really chill about it and didn’t make it weird at all.
She let me try loads of different ones and explained which ones were more fresh or stronger, and actually helped me pick one that smells really good.
She was patient, friendly and just really easy to talk to, which made the whole thing way less awkward than I expected.
Big shout out to Mel for the help. Definitely recommend asking for her if you go in there.

Had a really lovely experience yesterday in The Perfume Shop Liverpool. The service was brilliant, really friendly and made to feel welcome as soon as I walked in.
I don’t have the best sense of smell, but the staff were so patient and took the time to ask about my aunty and the kind of things she likes so we could find a fragrance she’d enjoy. Nothing felt rushed or pushy, they just genuinely wanted to help.
Proper nice atmosphere in the shop, I had a good experience all round. Really appreciated the time and care that went into helping me pick the right perfume.
