Excellent customer service with a personal touch
We were looked after by a colleague called Yvonne in the Trostre, Llanelli perfume shop . I was unsure what Tom Ford aftershave to buy for my husband for his birthday . Yvonne spent quality time with us and demonstrated great customer service whilst we had a look at all the different scents without rushing us . Yvonne demonstrated great knowledge of the different scents available. Yvonne showed a genuine interest in us as her customers providing an individual customer experience demonstrating that customers are at the heart of everything that Yvonne does to make sure that the customer ends up with the Correct product.
As a result my husband also bought 4 travalo products with scents as gifts too because Yvonne had spoken how handy they would be when travelling .
Yvonne is a true credit of excellent customer service , friendliness , and knowledgeable to the Perfume shop in Trostre and the company .
I would highly recommend this shop for an excellent customer experience.

Amazing service!!
Amazing service!!! The ladies in the Llanelli branch were amazing especially the one with a bob (I can’t remember her name x😭). There we all amazing and they helped me place an order for my La Bomba perfume and I even got the cream as well!! Amazing service and so friendly and professional, highly recommend 💕

From the moment I walked in to when I left I felt like a proper customer.
Staff were attentive without being overbearing. Answered all my queries confidently and with a bit of humor.
