I visited The Perfume Shop in Llanelli Trostre yesterday and was served by Helena, who gave me some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I went in planning to buy one fragrance, she guided me through the options with no pressure, letting me try a few different scents until we found the perfect fit. Thanks to her knowledge and great recommendations I left with the Azzaro The Most Wanted (big bottle!) and a bottle of the Invictus Victory. She was patient, friendly, and really knew her stuff – nothing felt rushed or pushy. Helena made the whole experience a pleasure. Great service – I’ll definitely be back! Thank you.

I visited the Trostre retail park store today and was served by Bonnie. She was absolutely wonderful! I don’t know much about perfumes other than the types of scents I usually enjoy, but Bonnie seemed to have every fragrance memorised. She gave me plenty of tester cards and really helped narrow down exactly what I liked. She was so patient and upbeat throughout, which made the whole experience enjoyable, even though I can be quite picky at times. Bonnie created such a welcoming atmosphere and never made me feel rushed. I couldn’t recommend her enough – 5 stars!

Amazing service today at the Llanelli store in trostre by the staff member Marie B, asked if I needed help, and went on to spray so many different fragrances to help choose the best one for my partner. Marie was very friendly and polite and couldn’t do enough for me, I will be back soon great service 😁. Thanks again.

I visited the Llanelli store yesterday where a lovely, attentive lady called Yvonne served me. She told me that she had only worked at this store for 2 weeks! What an asset to the company. I ended up buying a lovely perfume for my sons girlfriend as a gift and she suggested a personalised gift wrap. Will be returning soon.

Bonnie and Yvonne were absolutely amazing in helping us choose our wedding scent. Such lush girls and spent ages helping us select what was right for us! Highly recommend xxx

Visited the perfume shop in Trostre on Thursday the 31st and met the amazing Helena.
Incredible customer service, friendly.
Helped me with a purchase for my fiance then spent the next 20 minutes going through as many fragrances that ,contained patchouli, as she could find after mentioning it was my favourite.
We spoke about our Italian heritage.
We decided on the new dolce and gabbana fragrance light blue 'capri in love'. Perfection.
Loads of sample fragrances were added for my fiance and myself.
Helena is an incredible asset to the company. You know you've had an incredible experience when your not telling people what you brought and how much but the experience you recieved.

Visited your Llanelli store in Parc Trostre. Was greeted by the wonderful Bonnie. Bonnie was amazing. Such a friendly welcoming staff member. She was patient with myself and my parents. She's very knowledgeable. Couldn't have some better in the job.

I was served yesterday afternoon by a most helpful lady called Helena. She was so knowledgeable and took her time and didn’t rush me to choose a gift for my Mother. I told her what she usually liked and then came up with a new perfume suggestion so I took a chance bought it and gave to her and all I can say is her reaction was perfect! Her words ‘nicest ever had’. So thank you so much Helena and I did say I would let you know if she liked it and she LOVED it! I’ll definitely come back to you again

Great service from Helena today instore in Trostre. Asked if needed help and gave us a wide range of testers, gave some advice re Marc Jacobs range and the beautifully gift wrapped and ribbon tied my two fragrances. Very friendly and also chatty and knowledgable. Thanks!

went to the perfume shop in llanelli and was greeted by bonnie who made our experience the best was grabbing different scents for us to smell which is nice when you initially go in for a certain scent and may end up finding something else you like so it was really nice to have them options and had so much patience for all our questions always had a smile on her face and so willing to help

The perfume shop is my favourite shop ever, they are so generous with there free gift lovely staff especially a lady named Bonnie very understanding tells and shows you the best offers.

I was served by Helena, what a beautiful lady. Smiled as soon as I walked in, was so knowledgable about all the perfumes. I wanted a perfume for my husband and he’s so fussy, she made it a lot easier for me to narrow down to one perfume and it’s definitely the right choice.
