Fantastic service
I visited the perfume shop at the metrocentre and was served by Ayesha and Melissa. They were both so patient with me when I was trying to decide what to buy. I came out with so many bargains and free gifts that came with various aftershaves. Thank you ladies, I will definitely be back!

I visited the Perfume Shop at the Metrocentre and spent around 30 minutes trying to decide which perfume to buy. Melissa and Olivia were both incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout my visit. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered great recommendations without any hesitation.
Their customer service was outstanding, and they assisted me with a genuine smile the entire time, making the experience enjoyable and stress free. Thanks to their help, I was able to find the perfect fragrance. A big thank you to Melissa and Olivia for their excellent service. I would highly recommend this store because of staff like them!

I had been avoiding this store in the Metro centre due to a negative experience some time ago. However, today completely changed my perspective thanks to Aurora.
From the moment I walked in, her attitude was outstanding,professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. I initially planned to buy just one perfume for my wife, but her recommendations were so well thought out and tailored that I ended up purchasing three high-end perfumes with full confidence.
Aurora is an exceptional seller who clearly understands both the products and the customer. Her approach made the entire experience enjoyable and trustworthy.
