The first smile of greeting I was given by the staff.

Ordered online what I thought was Romance for men. Got sent the female version so took it into the perfume shop store in Reading to exchange, only to find romance for men no longer exists. However, the staff were so helpful, looking up whether it was available anywhere. They offered to refund or to gift wrap the one I’d brought with me to return. Beyond the call of duty/expectation. Sent me home better!

Went to the store in reading as I unfortunately ordered the wrong perfume. I was greeted my Ramona, the store manager, who was huge help!
She helped me return the incorrect perfume and purchase the correct one. No hassle, problems just quick, easy and very helpful. She was very friendly and welcoming. Huge thank you to Ramona. I will definitely be recommending the reading shop and will be back in the future for further purchases.

Amalia was so amazing and helpful. I was being very indecisive with which perfumes to get and what sizes and she was so patient and helped me figure out what was best to get and what size would help me save the most money. Amazing service! Will definitely be back

I had a wonderful experience at The Perfume Shop today. Tahira and Ramona went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fragrance. They where patient, knowledgeable, and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout the process. Very friendly attitude and excellent service turned my visit into a truly enjoyable one. Highly recommend asking for Tahira and Ramona if you visit — they're fantastic!

Very unprofessional customer service. They did not give me my full refund for return and they sent me broken one back .
