I went into the shop looking for a sweet perfume. Emily was very efficient and let me test a perfume. It was just what I was looking for. Excellent customer service

I came in to buy a gift for someone’s birthday. Jalil served me and we had a great chat, he offered to gift wrap the present and even let me know about the personalised ribbons which I didn’t know about - great touch! 10/10 service, great guy and knows what he’s doing. I was looked after by Amber today in store, thank you to her and her team I am sure that she is the store manager, she is doing a fantastic job, her team were right behind her supporting her, attending to all customers In the shop fast baring in mind it was very busy when I come in everything was under well control. I spent over an hour having a full consultation to find my fragrance with Amber, I am so happy and I will be coming back and sending my family and friends to this store, other stores I have visited are no where near as well looked after and kind as this store is I hope the company pass on the feedback because it was the best shop I visited at Rushden lakes for service.

Angel and Courtney were amazing! Helped me find the right perfume for my wife's birthday. Very helpful and personable. No question was too much and felt very much welcomed. Great staff and customer service!

Not only were you polite, friendly and respectful, but you actual physically looked for the perfume I was after, AND found the last bottle in the shop for me. I could have hugged you both. i bought a billie perfume a while back from a different store but recently it has stopped spraying completely!! this was very frustrating as there was so much left! so i went to the perfume shop to ask for advice when i was served by the wonderful emily and courtney who found me an instant solution free of charge. They replaced the spray top for me (which i never would have thought to do!) They were both so friendly, helpful and well mannered. Great store and great customer service! ☺️☺️

Angel has been phenomenal - so approachable, knowledgable and helpful. Angel knew I was in store for research and she helped me find scents based on things I like and helped me find potential aftershaves as a present too.
Exceptional customer service and went above and beyond - there may not have been a sale today but I will be back to purchase from here in future thanks to her!

Had a great experience at Perfume Shop in Rushden Lakes. Filip was so friendly and helpful and really took the time to help me choose the perfect JPG fragrance. He was knowledgeable without being pushy and made the whole experience really enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service, the best price for my husbands Sauvage aftershave, they were actually over £20 cheaper than another store we went to. Free delivery to home within a week & a free gym bag as a gift, will definitely be looking there again.

Jalil has amazing customer service! He is so patient and takes the time to explain the differences between the perfumes, which makes choosing so much easier. He also makes you feel comfortable in the shop without ever making you feel watched or pressured, even when you take your time deciding. His customer service is honestly exceptional! Highly recommend. ❤️

Next day delivery arrived 5 days later, now have to quibble over delivery charge refund

Popped into the store to a warm and friendly greeting. My sister and I browsed for quite some time but didn’t feel rushed in any way. Emily was extremely chatty and helpful. We both left with our purchases and samples were given to tempt us further. Will definitely return. Thanks Emily

I visited the Rushden Lakes branch today and was helped by Emily. She was incredibly patient, kind, friendly, and welcoming.

I’m quite a picky customer, but she took the time to show me a wide range of fragrances and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She never rushed me and was happy to answer all my questions. Her patience and excellent customer service made the whole experience enjoyable.

In the end, I bought four perfumes thanks to her advice and support. I really appreciate all her help and would like to thank her for making my shopping experience such a positive one.
