When i came in to the store today sunday the 2nd of November Katie was so helpful. And gave excellent first impression and so much knowledge about all the fragrance.

Fabulous interaction with the staff. They were polite, friendly and chatty. A lovely shop which was welcoming, clean and very tidy. Definitely will be purchasing here again.

I went today to just smell something I already ordered however Charlotte that worked there found me a very good deal and was amazing very helpful definitely recommend speaking to her if you need any help with anything

You have Amazing Staff at your Southend Shop who are always very helpful. The Perfume I wanted was not available in 100ml so the lady looked on line and ordered it for me. When I collected the Perfume the same Lady wrapped up the Perfume for me.
I also purchased another Perfume as a gift for my partner following a conversation on my first visit.
I worked in Retail Management so I know what Good Customer Service looks like and your Staff are a Credit to Your Company

I received fantastic service from Hayley in the Southend shop today. Really took the time to listen and help me find the perfect aftershave for my self. I’m a very happy customer thanks to her.

I was seen by a really friendly helpful young lady called Charlotte in the Southend-on-sea store today. Helped me out and did a fabulous efficient job and also did a lovely bit of gift wrapping.

The staff here who help me are always friendly and accommodating with their time so I can find the right fragrances for me. Thanks as always!
