I was able to buy the perfume I wanted but I found the staff member who serves me to be rather disinterested. I had a look at a gift box that was on special offer but when I put it down she sighed at me and moved it (I don’t think I put it down in exactly the right place). The whole experience was somewhat underwhelming.

I went to the Telford town centre branch today and was served by Dawn. Dawn was very helpful with answering any questions I had and helped me sign up for a perfume shop card.

I came in on Tuesday and saw a lovely lady called Dawn who was happy to help me what I was looking for. Nothing was too much for her. She was so passionate and knowledgeable. It made my shopping experience more enjoyable. I will definitely return and see dawn again. Thank you again for your time.

I had visited The Perfume Shop in Telford Town Center today and was assisted by Dawn. She was absolutely pleasant, warm and friendly and went out of her way to help me and she did it with a smile. Normally, some of the assistants in other retail stores will have an annoyed look on their faces which would immediately make you feel unwelcome, rushed and eventually just leave the store but Dawn was extremely helpful, kind and accommodating and for that I give a full 5 star rating.

Staff member was friendly and helpful to locate my requirement.
Item arrived as promised, in a quick time frame.

My mum and I recently had the pleasure of shopping at The Perfume Shop in Telford, and was blown away with the customer service provided by Dawn. We have previously been served by Dawn when shopping for fragrances, so instantly knew who to look for. Once again, from the moment we walked in, Dawn greeted us with a warm smile which immediately made us feel welcome.

After stating I was looking for something similar to Sauvage, Dawn expertly navigated me through all of the options that were available. Dawn took her time to understand what I truly wanted, and provided recommendations that were spot-on. Dawn went the extra mile in communicating which special offers were available to us.

What truly stood out was Dawn's ability to assist without relentlessly pushing product, instead directing me towards what best suited my needs. It is clear Dawn is passionate about helping customers and prides herself in providing the best experience possible. It is rare to find this level of service in retail, I am incredibly grateful for the level of service we did receive.

Thanks to Dawn, my mum and I left the store with incredible products and will undoubtedly be returning in the future. Thank you Dawn.
