Popped into see what the TikTok trend is about about buying pods and getting them filed with a perfume of your choice. I heard from some you can only get certain cheaper lines but this branch I asked the lady for a “premium perfume “ 2, 1 for me and 1 for my momma, and she was so lovely and kind. Told me about the card which I signed up to immediately! Erica was kind, knowledgeable, friendly polite and just a joy to be served by. A real asset to your team.

So it’s a day before Father’s Day and…
So it’s a day before Father’s Day and iv been calling every single perfume shop for a Father’s Day gift; from redditch which is a 1 hour drive to all around Birmingham. Having no luck at all I had one last try with this branch. As I called - Erica answered the phone and to my luck, she found the last perfume that they had in stock. Erica was so helpful even when I arrived at the store at closing time; she still served me knowing the circumstances, it was a quick swift purchase + some samples too which I’m really happy with. I’d like to thank Erica for the wonderful service and for making my day less stressful. Will come again for sure! Thanks once again
