Absolutely amazing staff!
Popped in to purchase a men's fragrance for my son's upcoming birthday, and also a gift for myself. The girl that assisted us through everything, Hayley, absolutely went above and beyond to help me make the purchase. She was so friendly and attentive and really made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. She gift-wrapped my order and took so much care with it. She informed me of all the offers that are currently in place and even wrapped a free gift for my son.
Any future fragrance needs I'll be sure to return. Absolutely amazing service.

Veena at Walsall store was amazing so kind and welcoming and didn’t get annoyed at me and my sister in law wanting to pretty much smell the whole range of perfumes she was lovely. We all had a lovely chat with her and even a good laugh. She was so friendly and she helped us find the best scents.

The employee was soo kind
I went to buy my mum a perfume for Mother’s Day and when I walked in, I was greeted by the kindest woman at the counter, Hailey. Going in, I didn’t really know what to get but she did such a good job in helping me select the perfect scent. I only intended to buy one perfume that day but Hailey recommended another scent which I couldn’t refuse. So I purchased both. She was so kind and even helped me sign up for the rewards system.

What an amazing experience in the Perfume shop (located in Superdrug) we had today.
We went in to purchase my sister’s wedding day perfume. Erica, who served us, was nothing short of incredible. It was so refreshing, lovely customer service and she gave us a little extra to celebrate the special day too. She was a really lovely lady, and when I went to pay, she double checked to see if I had a perfume shop card, which I did! It gave me extra discount, which helped massively.
