I went into the Walsall branch of Perfume shop today and was assisted by the lovely Erika. Erika's expert knowledge made choosing a perfume seamless. Despite the busy environment, her patience with customers shone through.

I don’t usually write reviews but had such a good experience in the shop. A lady called Veena served me and was very knowledge about the perfumes they sold. I was able to find the perfect gift with ease and I usually really struggle with this. Glad that the staff took the time to talk me through many perfumes because I was so indecisive. The sample I received with my fragrance was honestly so thoughtful it really helped me predict if I liked the scent without I packaging incase I had to return which I think is lovely. The delivery was exceptionally well at arriving and had arrived in pristine and beautiful condition which I was very content about💞
