I had a disappointing experience at the perfume shop. The sales assistant had very long nails, and when she first wrapped my birthday gift, she accidentally tore the wrapping paper with them. I politely asked if she could rewrap it, but she responded in a very irritated and unprofessional manner. Although she did replace the wrapping, her attitude was quite unpleasant and made the whole interaction uncomfortable. Overall, I didn’t get a positive vibe from her and felt the customer service could have been much better.

The staff at the walthamstow store are really friendly! I would like to especially thank Hannah - she was incredibly patient with me, even when I was hesitant and struggling to find something i like. Her customer service is amazing, and i am happy with how patient she had been, and understanding. Both Hannah, and the other staff at the walthamstow location are amazing. My experience has reassured me that there are still nice people in this world!
