I had an absolutely terrible experience with this perfume shop. The product was falsely advertised.. they displayed one version of a Tom Ford fragrance but shipped me a completely different bottle. When I questioned it, they tried to claim it was “the same product in different packaging,” which is untrue. I checked directly with Tom Ford, who confirmed that the version this shop is advertising has been discontinued, yet they are still listing it and sending customers a different product instead.
I returned the perfume completely sealed and unopened, because I noticed immediately from the packaging that it was not the correct product. Despite this, they accused me of opening and using it. They kept both the perfume and my money, refusing to take responsibility for their misleading listing or their mistake.
This was one of the most unprofessional and dishonest shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly caution anyone from ordering here unless you want to risk being misled, blamed, and losing your money. Completely unacceptable experience.

When you contacted us about the issue with your Tom Ford fragrance, we immediately started the return process and provided you with a prepaid return label and return instructions.
Once the item was received back at our warehouse, our team inspected it and found that the box had been opened and the bottle was approximately half used.
As per our return policy, which requires items to be unused, unopened, and in their original condition, we were unable to issue a refund in this case.
We also sent you detailed photos of the bottle and box to show the condition in which it was received by our warehouse.
Our team has already been in contact with you regarding this matter, and we’re still happy to review any additional information you may have.
If you have any further questions or would like us to take another look, please contact us directly at contact@theperfumeshopusa.com. We genuinely want to resolve this in the fairest way possible.

Sample bottle of garden is not garden, smells like Anna sui purple sundai
I purchased the sample bottle of garden by dolce and Gabbana and it did not smell like the original however the John Paul Gaultier devotion intense smelled like it should which is basically the same as the original and the Tommy Hilfiger giant bottle smells like it should as well. I can't wait to give the Tommy to my sister, such a nostalgic scent and hilariously huge bottle !
