Excellent Vets
I wanted to register my dog to a nearer practice, and it just so happened that this practice was taking on. It was straight forward to set up my plan my/appointment i got straight in, and the receptionist was lovely explained everything I was asking. Then I met my vet and he was so kind very helpful I didn't feel rushed out the door like alot of vets do, Really excellent service..

Do NOT sign up for Pet Health Club
Do NOT sign up for Pet Health Club. Your contract is auto-renewed every 12 months for another year and I have been told there is a £60 exit fee if you cancel (even though it is only 4 days after the renewal date). This is extremely predatory behaviour that I have not experienced from even the worst companies.

Pet Health Club is a 12-month agreement which automatically renews each year unless cancelled before the renewal date. We send a renewal reminder around 30 days beforehand, and the £60 early cancellation fee applies if a plan is cancelled during the new contract year. These details are also set out in our terms and conditions.
We understand how important it is that renewal and cancellation terms are clear. If you’d like us to review your individual circumstances, please contact our customer support team at info@pethealthclub.com and we’ll be happy to look into this for you.
