Your site is too hard to navigate,

Your site is too hard to navigate,
1) I am trying to email you a scanned prescription but you ask for the file type ( I don't know and can't find one) So Ihave had to select to send it later.
2)I'm trying to pay and you keep asking me to tick a delivery disclaimer box,but I cannot see one anywhere.I've ticked all the boxes I can see.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service
Ordered flea treatment to the cost of over £100, waited 5 days still no delivery, after calling them I was told item is out of stock ! But they still took my money and no email to say they did not have items in stock ! I am still waiting for a refund !! Avoid !!!

Avoid, don't tell you items are out of stock…

Let me order and took my money when item was out of stock. No updates after 5 days and no response to my emails. I telephoned customer service to be told item out of stock and despite them ordering several times from supplier, no stock had arrived. I should not have been able to order in the first place and should definitely have been updated on the stock issue. Just waiting for my refund to NOT be issued now. Ordered off Amazon, same item, same price and delivered next day

A Great Company

This company has very good Customer Service who really do help above and beyond. They are efficient and extremely helpful and their prices are competitive. They respond to emails quickly and are friendly. I would highly recommend!

This company is disgraceful, complete CON

This company is disgraceful, they happily take money and don't even send the product paid for, they don't respond when you attempt to contact them either, basically just take your money and disappear.... avoid at all costs!!!
They've avoided responding to emails don't answer calls on the number they provide and I still haven't received the product.

Great product; value & customer service

Great customer service from ordering to delivery four days later. Good comms by e mail regarding delivery time & date.
Pro-max is £10 cheaper, ( than from my local vet) with PharmPet Co & the use by date far in the future ie on the package it is October 27.
Definitely will use again & happy to recommend this company site.

I don't like that their Google Shopping…

I don't like that their Google Shopping advert say "free postage", when you are then charged £10 postage for the same product when purchasing it on their website.
I appreciate that this is a refrigerated item, but their Google Ad still says "free postage", when it isn't.
And they don't respond to a query about this when you email them.

A terrible company

A terrible company. A con from first to last.
I was not able to buy tick medication. I tried a second time but could not complete the order
I might need a prescription which I did not have. I bought elsewhere. Now I get TWO
Messages from them saying ‘Congratulations
Your order has been successful’ and they put through Two identical orders which I did NOT place. They won’t let me cancel. They are a terrible CON company AVOID AVOID

Bionic Biotic - not a success for us

Bought Bionic Biotic for my dogs sensitive tummy but it has been so much worse since he's been taking it. I looked at the ingredients, a very long and slightly alarming list of ingredients compared to another leading brand. Obviously I've discontinued it, but I'm disappointed that it's been a failure for us and suspect at least one of the ingredients has caused this reaction.

Worst company in the world

Worst company in the world. They believe a dog knows the difference between a chewable tablet and a tablet which isn't specified as chewable. Incredibly unhelpful customer service. Just a terrible, terrible company. Use Viovet, or Pet Drugs Online, or anyone else but DO NOT use these ignorant, unhelpful shysters.

Very short use by dates on Effipro

Be aware of the use by dates on the products. The Company notes this on the website, however this could easily be overlooked. Effipro, 4 pipette is currently on sale now, 18th March with a use by date of 31st March. You would need to have 4 cats for this to be of any use. If you have one cat then the 3 pipettes are virtually useless as the product reduces it's effectiveness after the use by date.
