Grosse arnaque
Hello ,
The intensification of customs conditions by the Chinese government is causing the delivery times of our products to be lengthened much more than our company would like and we would like to give you the service you deserve.
Therefore, we regret to inform you that the product purchased on our website will not be delivered within the stipulated deadlines and we proceed to cancel it and start the procedures for your refund.
For this, it is necessary to request the ChargeBack of the original charge through the issuer of your card or your bank. In this case, it is not your bank that makes the refund, but rather requests it to the brand of the card (VISA, MasterCard), which is the one that pays it on the card itself after verifying the data.
The two most effective ways are as follows:
1. Contact the customer service telephone number that appears on the card.
2. Carry out the procedure through the online banking of the financial institution or bank that issues the card.
From our company we accept the return for "Product not delivered"; please indicate this to the financial institution. In this link you can download a purchase invoice with all the necessary information so that your bank or card issuing entity can request the ChargeBack and the amount will be refunded.
Thank you very much for your understanding and sorry for the inconvenience. The team of: ThePhones.net.
Caveat Emptor
Ordered a phone (Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro 6GB/128GB Blue) from these guys on 2nd Jan, min delivery date 7th Feb and max delivery date 14th Feb. Lead time was long, but price was good, so thought I'd wait. I originally contacted them on 2nd March to ask where the phone was as it was already 2 weeks beyond the "max" delivery date. Received a message back from Customer Services ("Naythan") saying there was "a slight delay" due to the situation in Asia (appreciate it was not pretty, but things were still coming out of HK/Rest of Asia as I ordered a camera lens from HK (different site) and that came within a week). When pushed further they replied just saying that it would be sent as soon as possible. Since then (4th March) they have not replied to any messages. Will be contacting my credit card company to get a refund as it appears these guys have no intention of fulfilling the order.
THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMING YOU
UPDATE:
Finally contacted my bank and got my money back through chargeback. THEY NEVER EVEN SENT MY PHONE.
The tracking is all fake!!!
They reported my review before, saying I didn't provide them with an order reference?!!!! I included it in the optional field!!! So they are basically lying through their teeth. WELL HERE IT IS: SQTFOOATI. Again. The audacity... Seriously, your business model sucks.
My phone has not arrived after 2 months. AND I NEED A RESPONSE FROM YOU NOW. You have been responding to other reviews, promising refunds or shipping out their orders even when they're placed months ago.
No responses to my emails whatsoever. I will be contacting my bank to get my money back, and reporting this fraudulent company to the authorities.
UPDATE:
Finally contacted my bank and got my money back through chargeback. THEY NEVER EVEN SENT MY PHONE.
The tracking is all fake!!!
SCAM
They never shipped phone or returned money.
IF YOU GET A REPLY, you would either get: 1) There is a delay or 2) refunding (which has never happened)
They COPY AND PASTE THE SAME MESSAGE:
Dear Customer,
First of all we want to apologize since we have not been able to offer you a solution to the incidence that the sending of your order has presented, we pass your case to the accounting department so that they can proceed to make the refund of your money as soon as possible.
Greetings
Lack of respect
After a good experience with another phone, that arrived late but in perfect conditions, I am now seriously concerned my order VBOSGCIHZ. It was done on the 1st Feb, previewed to arrive until 16th March and it didn't. It was my husband's 50th anniversary gift and he's still awaiting!!!! Even more needed now that we're in quarantine!
Worst than all is not getting a single answer to my several messages or requests to return the money!!! Total lack of respect!

I ordered one plus 7 January 9 and i'm still waiting 😥
First: Don't be stupid. Now: it's solved
I didn't give up all hope but i ordered a xiaomi mi a3 on januarai 28th. Stupid: I payed by credit card. I'm still waiting; Stupid ?
The Track and Trace was a long list of internal actions, I've never seen a T&T from a real postalcompany.
I send email after email, but dont get any response.
I have a little hope left but I believe i'm being cheated. For those also waiting, i will report here if there really comes a phone.
"Happy end" I did get my money back, they send me a letter and I had to get the money back from my bank. A little complicated. But it worked.
They didn't deliver my phione but i must say:

I ordered mobile;then later after…
I ordered mobile;then later after careful consideration; I cancelled order just next day. My request for refund was not implemented. Now after numerous emails; told could take 30 to 60 days for refund. The company address has also changed. There are other companies in Hong Kong when order cancelled; pay back refund same day. They are willfully holding back my refund. It makes me wonder; if money will be paid back. I have contacted my bank to get money back. Ref:NUNNLUDQO. Be careful and buyer be aware of companies opening and closing. Buyer loses out when company closes!

30 to 60 days for refund!!!
So after I wrote my review of their really poor service, lack of concern for costumers they answered me this:

Dear Customer,
First of all we want to apologize since we have not been able to offer you a solution to the incidence that the sending of your order has presented, we pass your case to the accounting department so that they can proceed to make the refund of your money as soon as possible.
Greetings.
But in fact that’s their answer to me on my email :
Dear customer, we inform you that we have proceeded to request your return, reminding you that it may take 30 to 60 days for the money to be reflected in your account
Greetings
30 to 60 days to refund me after a month and a half of waiting for a delivery that never even left their storehouse! Again 30 to 60 days!! And that’s what they mean by as soon as possible!! These guys have no concern for their customers and if you acess their website it says that the shipping is in 24h... I don’t even know what to say anymore. Good luck to anyone that tries to make business with them.

After 2 months I did receive a Phone!
I must say that after reading most of the opinions about "thephones.net" I thought: "Oh My God... I was cheated".
Well, I'm just writing this review to say that I was wrong. The site is true and I believe (just a feeling) that sometimes the service can be slow due to the fact that the warehouse in Europe can be out of stock and they do not provide that information on the site.
So, I'm giving good opinion to the service although they did not provide me the phone I ordered to my daughter anniversary and only 7 weeks after the order they asked me if I accept to change the phone by a different model. I accept it and the new phone arrived just one week later.
They also guarantee the refund for the "Premium shipping"
So, an advice: be patient and keep in touch with the support.
A suggestion to improve their support: could be more "user friendly" in their answers.
BE CAREFUL - VERY POOR SERVICE
Really poor company. I ordered my phone (a Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro) on 2nd February. When it did not arrive I was offered 3 completely different phones. I requested a refund 4 times and have now been told it could take up to 60 days before I get my money back!!! Why do I have to wait for my refund?

Reply from ThePhones
make Sure you pay be credit card so you can charge back when it doesn’t arrive
Ordered on 11th January still not received by 24th March so reclaimed money from the credit card company - now seems to transpire it’s not even been shipped yet !!!!
I would avoid this company - customer service - reliability- estimated delivery dates a lot of rubbish
It actually arrived!!
It actually arrived!!
I ordered on 28th January and gave up hope at the beginning of March but it actually arrived on the 24th March almost 2 months later!!
Pleased with the service. Would recommend. You just have to be patient :p
Ordered my Xiaomi A3 on 27/1 delivery…
Ordered my Xiaomi A3 on 27/1, delivery should at latest be 10/3 but got it on the 16/3! So all in all, if you don't mind the long delivery, great products at a very reasonable price 👍 but to be fair I wasn't sure I would recieve my phone 🙈
Avoid
The "order status" on the site, copied below, seems totally made up.

13/02/2020 Logistics Reception

07/02/2020 Logistic Warehouse Scan

31/01/2020 Warehouse Output to Logistics
28/01/2020 Payment accepted
28/01/2020 Awaiting Payment (Intelligent Payments)
Ordered on Jan 28, "Maximum delivery date" given as March 10, phone still not shipped on March 21. Will soon be forced to file a complaint with my CC company.
justphone.eu seems to be another front for the same company.

Update 01 April:
Canceled the order and requested a refund. The company refuses to simply refund the charge, forcing the customer instead to request a chargeback through their CC-company.
Avoid at all cost.

Aggiornamento - Dopo 3 mesi propongono prodotto differente
Aggiornamento:
Update:
After the umpteenth e-mail with intimidation of denunciation, they reply so telling me that they cannot send the ordered product but they offer me another one.
I replied that I am not interested and request an immediate refund again.
I will keep you informed.
“Dear Customer
We inform you that the warehouse has informed us that your terminal is having problems to be able to take it out to be distributed, we have been told that they have the K20 PRO to be able to distribute,
We need you to confirm if you want the K 20 PRO
Greetings”
WRONG NUMBER. Update.SMILES
I wrote the following on 11 March. An update is at the end:
I ordered an XIAOMI Note 8 mobile phone on 24/1/2020. Delivery was promised for between 28/2 and 6/3. It still has not arrived (11/3). Requests for immediate refund have been ignored. During the six weeks waiting time a number of curious emails intended to reassure: eg: 28/1 "In transit". 5/2 "In transit to destination". On 2/2 "Logistics to Warehouse Scan" was followed on 22/2 with the same message! And on 9/3 the one-word message "Shipping".....six weeks after the message "In Transit". You must decide if the ThePhones is fraudulent or simply incompetent in its administration. It's your Call!
UPDATE. 19 March. Cheekiest of all in this several weeks of weird emails intended to reassure: Yesterday an email purporting to come from UPS parcel service. If you get similar DONT CLICK on the tracking number, go to the UPS genuine website and enter that long number. I did. "No record of this transaction". Is Thephones fraudulent? It just might be getting easier to decide.
UPDATE: 27 March. Well I am happy to report that all my doubts were wrong. The phone has been delivered. (In the present unhappy times I shall not unpack it for fourteen days but I don't doubt its as ordered.....) In summary, the order took two months from start to delivery. It arrived almost three weeks late but that some of that delay was due to Covid 19.
Downside: More than a hundred bad reviews on TP.
Upside: it wasn't a scam, it did arrive.
But a curious company in that its administration requires such long order waits aand gets such bad publicity.
But the price was extremely good.
Would I use again? No
Do I send smiles to ThePhones. Yes. They're in China and Spain for God's sake...and we all need smiles.

persevere folks..your phone will…
persevere folks..your phone will eventually arrive!
Mine did after nearly 3 months..keep messaging them, everyday, 4 times a day..they will send it
Refunded by my bank after 96 days
Ordered end of December 2019 and after numerous emails it has been stuck on "Logistics Reception" since 13/02/2020 I have asked for a refund and all I get back is "We are very sorry to inform you that your order may suffer a slight delay due to the current situation in much of Asia, for which the transport companies are suffering a series of delays."
I know the coronavirus is causing delays and all that but 80+ days it’s a bit ridiculous.
[Update]
After 96 days the company has asked me to get a refund via chargeback to my debit card in an email that reads.
