UPDATE
I eventually managed to get hold of the company (try emailing their support email address rather than going through the form on their website, as my attempts to do it through there were mysteriously lost...)
First I was told that it had still not been dispatched because they did not have the correct colour. When I confirmed I would accept any different colour they then responded saying that they didn't have that either.... So would have to send me a refund.
Over three weeks later I am still waiting for my refund!!
The service from this company has been absolutely shocking and I still don't trust that they are a real company until I get my money back.
**************
I am very worried because I ordered my phone on 22 Jan and the latest delivery was supposed to be 24 Feb. Nearly 3 weeks has passed and still nothing. I've emailed them twice to make and make enquiries but no response at all. I'm worried that this is not a real company at all and my money has been stolen. Be very very cautious about ordering from this company.

A lot of Impatient reviews...
I have not got the phone yet, but I think all these bad reviews are from impatient people. If you pay for a cheap phone, they will be sending it the cheapest way possible - that will take time.
I pay my respects for the hard work they are putting in at this time.
The only thing I have a gripe with is the suspicious 'delivery updates' i.e. 'sent to logistics office for delivery' then it states 'in transit' then it's 'at logistics reception'... it looks like they are passing the package .around in a circle in their office. They said they would provide a tracking number when sent, but I don't have it yet. I would have prefered them to be honest... For the lies I give 1 stars less = 4 stars. For the poor tracking information and dubious updates I take another 2 stars.
I will update to 4 stars when the phone gets here as I have every trust it will. They just need to get the to grips with tracking information. I think the packages are not tracked, hence why it is so cheap.

Find somewhere else to buy for now
My order has gone from "processing in progress" to "in shipping processing" to "warehouse output to logistics" to "in transit" to "office Departure to logics" which seems like a bunch of bs. Its been a month and I still don't even have a tracking number or if it shipped at all.
EDIT:
The company has contacted me with instruction to get my money back because of long shipping times and custom issues caused by COVID-19. I will update upon return of my money.

I bought Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro th 9th January, the dead line to Delivery device was the 13 February and it's not arrived the 13 March, one month later.
The Customer service can't give me delay device Delivery. I consider that the service wasn't respected.
I asked to get a refund at the customer service.
The Customer service give me answers without précisions and don't want refund me but don't abord the topic in the e-mails.
I don't find how to get a refund.
Actual result => 334euros spend, no device Delivery, and no way to have the device or get a refund

The shadiest company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with!
Ordered a phone on 31/12/19. Estimated delivery was between 5/2/20 & 12/2/20... it's now 7/3/20 and have yet to have my order updated from "Priority Order," whatever the hell that means.
I've been in contact with them numerous times (talking to someone named Neythan) and they've literally copied and pasted the same email a bunch of times. I think I've only ever received one unique email.
I've asked for a refund multiple times and they've danced around the subject.
Give me back my money. Now! Order ref: LORIWDMOH.
ThePhones.net are an absolute joke of a company!

Stay well clear
Absolutely appalling service from this company. A month after placing my order the phone hadn't left the factory. It's taken me 2 weeks and numerous emails to get them to cancel my order. They have now informed me that it is going to take 30 - 60 days to process my refund which is a complete joke. I am just hoping I receive my refund without having to go to my credit card company to get the payment back. Stay well clear of the Phones net!!

A bit of delay in the delivery (1 week for me)
But the price is the best and the phone is very high quality.
Maybe the China situation caused the delays...dont lose hope guys. I Got my phone and im quite satisfied
Do not buy from these guys
Do not buy from these guys. As with others I have notified my bank to investigate. They need shutting down by google ads as they are all over the place. I don't believe anyone has had a phone from them - positive reviews clearly fake.
Attention THIEFS!
Due to the lack of response and the deadline for delivery, I would like to inform you that I am reporting the matter to the police for alleged fraud and financial fraud.

Extremely disappointing service - potential scam? Yet to receive phones
I am very disappointed in my experience. Order Reference LXZDIMRJL - placed on 31/12/2019, maximum delivery date advised as 12/02/20. Although they have provided regular responses to my emails, they have continually ignored my requests of a refund since they cannot guarantee when I will receive my two phones ordered.
My continual queries prompted them to update status to 'Logistics Reception' on 13/02, and then 'Priority Order' on 18/02, with first blaming 'warehouse problems' and now using the Coronavirus outbreak as an excuse.
I would be happy if I knew when I could expect to receive my phones. But they cannot tell me, and continue to create excuses. I would like a refund and to take my business elsewhere. This is unacceptable customer service and at this time, I do not recommend buying through this website.

Never been shipped nor received. Impossible to contact the support.net. They don’t answer emails and when they rarely do it they just apologize without indicating delivery references. It’s time for the postal police now

I’ve ordered an iPhone 6 on December 26th 2019, and though it said it would’ve arrived at the beginning of last month (February), it still hasn’t arrived.
The person who works for customer service, Neythan, hasn’t been helpful at all. All he replies with are vague answers which do not answer my questions.
It’s been two months but it hasn’t been shipped yet. And now I can’t even contact customer support because they don’t answer my emails anymore.
Therefore I strongly suggest against using this website.

I Ordered the Xaiomi mii 9t pro on 1st January (CUHVJBFKC). I am so disappointed as I bought the phone to take on a trip to take photographs. The maximum delivery date was 14/02/20. My trip was on 21/02/20. I think is it disgraceful that they have failed to communicate with me. I have asked 5 or 6 times to confirm it has been shipped and was completely ignored. Right now if you order the same phone ot says it can be delivered between 9th and 16th of March which is 8-15 days. Ive been waiting 70 days now so this shows the company are liars and thieves. If the phone doesnt arrive next week ill be contacting the credit card company to tell them ive been scammed by fraudsters

Delayed phone and didn't receive shipping refund
I didn't get the shipping cost refund.
I ordered the Realme X2 Pro on 27/01 and paid an extra €29 for premium shipping. The phone was supposed to arrive on 12/02 yet I never received a tracking number to locate my phone.
I asked for a tracking number multiple times and was told to wait until the package was shipped. Once the package reached the "On route to destination" phase, I contacted Neythan (customer support) about the tracking number and they kept saying there were issues with the warehouse. At this point, I was never contacted about warehouse issues from customer support. I always had to message them.
On 14/02, I sent them a message asking them to cancel my order. After 3 emails of them ignoring my wishes and saying I will get the phone soon, they relented and said I would get the refund.
I checked my bank account and saw that I was refunded the cost of the phone only and not the additional cost of shipping. I asked them what the issue was and they said they refunded the full amount. I paid in euros but live in the UK and so I checked the exchange rate and, even without shipping, I'm short about £20. No reason why and they said the bank was the problem.
Don't use this service. Stick with Amazon or a service with better reviews.
In addition, their hours for replies was between 1100-1700 from Mon-Fri. They never mentioned they were based in Hong Kong which affected the time difference.

Pay a bit more with another company and actually get a phone!
I ordered my xiomi mi9 on the 28/12 and still have not received my phone. The only contact I've had is when I've messaged the support team and I get vague promises that the phone will be sent soon but the last message was weeks ago and still the phone hasn't been dispatched. Suggest you avoid this company!
Update - 14/03
The response below was the first time they've said they could not provide the phone and I still haven't received a refund. I've noticed they are still selling phones on their website promising delivery in March which seems unlikely given I waited over 3 months!

Avoid!
I have not received my Xiaomi mi 9T even though the maximum date for delivery has passed for a while. IDK if it is due to the coronavirus or something. In any case I have not received my phone. I hope I will be contacted here like others who had the same problems.

Bad experience
In reference to the OPPXAETXY order placed on February 8th, I bought one Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, with the MAXIMUM delivery date scheduled for February 24th.
It's apparently at order status "Logistics reception" and has been since the 13th of Feb.
I wouldn't mind the delay if there was just a bit more information from the company about when the delivery will be made.
I've emailed the support service, I hope they will find a solution, either to send me the phone or to refund my money as soon as possible.
STILL WITHOUT MY MONEY BACK 15/03/2020
The company have informed me that the accounting department procced to my refund, they said that it is going to take between 5 - 15 days, but it has nerver arrived.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I understand the situation in their country is not easy, but I just want my money back because I haven't received what I have paid for it.
If I, finally, receive my money back I will let you know.
