I ordered a Redmi Note7 on 21/01/2020…

I ordered a Redmi Note7 on 21/01/2020 paid by credit card. The following day I cancelled the order but got no response. A few weeks later I got note of sent to logistics whatever that means. To date 5weeks on I have received neither refund nor phone. Appaling service. Avoid. Order no. available

Inform you that your maximum delivery date is March 6. On the other hand, and to meet the established dates we will send you the terminal that you bought but with 6gb / 64gb of memory, which is higher than the model you bought.

absolute scam

absolute scam. ordered at the end of December. when it passed the estimated delivery date i sent them an email and the status was changed to "logistics reception" whatever that means. I've sent numerous chasers since and not a word back. do not buy a phone from this site.

Awful company

Awful company, i placed my order end of January and still nothing has been sent to it me, its gone beyond the deadlines to sending it to me and when i asked for a refund they said 1 to 2 months, i will never ever buy from this company again, i had to buy the phone from elsewhere, i just want my money back now because of the sheer incompetence of this company

Seems to be a recurring theme

So, everyone who ordered around the end of December has still not received their order....It seems to me that the bulk shipment for all of our phones has either been lost in transit from China or the goods are being held in quarantine and are unable to clear customs..Or we have all been conned by a bogus company!!

so we need some honest answers from this company!

I know that they read their reviews so can i ask the person at The phones.net on behalf of everyone affected...

WHERE ARE OUR ORDERS? CAN YOU GIVE US PROPER INFORMATION AND NOT THE CODED RUBBISH YOU HAVE BEEN FEEDING US?? WE NEED ANSWERS TODAY!!!

Will my order ever arrive?

I ordered my Xaiomi T9 pro on Jan 4th 2020 (MPFNTKAIK) with a maximum delivery date of 17th Feb 2020. I have not received the phone yet nor been given any tracking information on the order. I've emailed a few times and received the exact same vague response back. It's apparently at order status "Logistics reception" and has been since the 13th of Feb.

I wouldn't mind the delay if there was just a bit more information from the company about when the delivery will be made.

I won't be using this company again...if it's even actually real...

Edit 26 Feb 20: Refund received. Ended up buying the same phone from somewhere else and got it the next day.

BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

In reference to the HWWGGWKYX order placed on December 31, I bought one Xiaomi Mi 9Tpro, with the MAXIMUM delivery date scheduled for February 11th. To date, I have NEVER and I repeat NEVER received absolutely no tracking number about the phone. I have no idea where it is or if it was ever shipped. The updating of the order stopped on receipt of payment confirmation of the order at the time of purchase on January 2 itself. I have tried countless times to contact customer support, but I have always received only promises and false hopes. After a while and few emails the status change to Logistic Receptions. I hope to receive the phone otherwise I will be forced to go to the postal police to report the matter if I don't receive my phone or contact my banck trying to get my money back.

AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!!

Wouldn't give them any stars if it was possible. Ordered a phone on 27th December and I still haven't received it. The customer service is appalling. Nobody seems to know anything about the delivery of phones.

Also, just seen someone called Rob leave a 5 star review... noticed he left a 5 star review on 2nd February too. Could he have purchased another phone and it be delivered in that short space of time??? I think the company are leaving the 5 star reviews!!

Tempi di spedizione lunghissimi,ma il telefono è arrivato

In riferimento all'ordine LZJWTQRDY piazzato il 2 Gennaio, ho comprato uno Xiaomi Mi 9T,con data di consegna MASSIMA prevista per domani, 13 Febbraio. Ad oggi non ho MAI e ripeto MAI ricevuto assolutamente alcuna informazione di tracking riguardo il telefono. Non ne ho la minima idea di dove sia nè se sia mai stato spedito. L'aggiornamento dell'ordine si è fermato alla ricevuta conferma di pagamento dell'ordine al momento dell'acquisto il 2 Gennaio stesso. Ho provato innumerevoli volte a contattare l'assistenza clienti, ma ho sempre ricevuto solamente promesse e false speranze. Spero in una risposta da parte del team,dato che in caso contrario sarò costretto ad andare in polizia postale a denunciare la faccenda se non ricevo il mio telefono (ciò che sinceramente non vorrei fare). Proverò a contattarli nuovamente, vi terrò aggiornati sulla situazione. 230 euro non sono spiccioli,e la mia pazienza ha pure un limite,specialmente quando le promesse non vengono mantenute,e ci si prende gioco di un acquirente che ha provato a collaborare col sito....

Oggi mi è finalmente arrivato il telefono con una settimana di ritardo rispetto al limite massimo previsto, però.... mi è arrivato! La confezione non è stata boicottata nè aperta. Telefono giusto e sembra che sia tutto bello ed originale. Alzo la valutazione da 1 stella a 3. Avrei potuto dare 4 stelle,ma mi è stato promesso un gadget per non aver rispettato i tempi di consegna,che però non c'era. Comunque...... è arrivato!!

Today I finally got the phone a week after the maximum estimated delivery day ...but it arrived finally! The packaging has not been boycotted or opened. Right phone and it seems that everything is beautiful and original. I raise the rating from 1 star to 3. I could have given 4 stars, but I was promised a gadget for not respecting delivery times, which however was not there. Anyway ...... it has arrived !!

Placed an order for Xiaomi Redmi Note 8…

Placed an order for Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro (6/128Gb) on the 9th of January 2020. Still no tracking number available at present date. Delivery is set between the 14th and 21st of February. Tried to contact twice, no reply so far. I will update this post on the 21st.

As promised, the update. Today is 21 February, the last day for delivery and I have no phone and no track number, so item was not even sent. After I complained on the 13th of Feb, status on my order changed to Priority Order and nothing else ever happened. I will now press charges to Chinese authorities and I advise all of you to do the same, use the internet commerce section contact of your local Chinese embassy or consulate to report this fraud. This scam seems to be operating from Hong Kong, so Chinese authirities will have jurisdiction. Also, I have reasons to believe the positive reviews are fake, most of the users posting them will also post similar opinion for MrPhoneDeals, another fraud run by the same people, and they will keep posting those false reviews to get the rating to positive.

Encomendei um Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro (6/128Gb) no dia 9 de Janeiro de 2020. Até agora ainda não tenho qualquer número de seguimento. A entrega está estimada ocorrer entre 14 e 21 de Fevereiro. Já tentei contactar por duas vezes e ainda não obtive qualquer resposta. Irei atualizar esta informação dia 21.

Conforme prometido, a atualização. Hoje , 21 de Fevereiro, é o último dia para a entrega e não recebi nem o telefone, nem tenho qualquer número de seguimento de encomenda. Depois de ter reclamado em 13 de Fev, o estado de minha encomenda passou para Pedido Prioritário, mas nada mais aconteceu. Irei apresentar queixa junto das autoridades Chinesas e aconselho todos a fazerem o mesmo. Utilizem o contacto da secção de comércio na internet da embaixada ou consulado da China da vossa área para reportar esta fraude. Este esquema fraudulento parece estar localizado em Hong Kong e as autoridades Chineses têm jurisdição. Além disso, acredito que as opiniões positivas são falsas, a grande maioria dos utilizadores que as colocam também colocam idêntica opinião para outra empresa (MrPhoneDeals) que é outro esquema fraudulento igual gerido pelas mesmas pessoas e fazem-no apenas para manter a classificação geral positiva.

I ordered my apple 8+ iphone from thephones last November - to date (getting towards the middle of Feb) I haven't received it. Thephone Company don't publish a telephone number to contact them on (a phone company with no phone number ????) and they don't answer their emails. I'll let you judge !!!! After three months of waiting and no phone I have asked my NatWest Bank to refund as I paid with one of their credit cards. Probably gone out of business.
DON'T BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS

Xiaomi Redmi 8 4GB/64GB Black

Ordered my phone on the 16th January 20 and it was delivered two weeks early on the 29th Jan. There was little updates for about a week, before the item was shipped, but then I was provided with a tracking number and followed it the whole way. Delivered exactly when tracking said it would.
Been using the Xiaomi Redmi 8 4GB/64GB for two weeks now. Very happy with the phone, battery lasts 2-3 days, been able to use all apps that I need, connects to my car, wireless headphones, Bluetooth speakers. The kids can play standard games from google play and it looks like a high end phone. For a low end phone I'm pleasantly surprised with it and a bargain at the price (£94). It came with a protective cover which was an unexpected bonus.
One negative - Charger is for china. They supplied a Euro adaptor which does not suit UK/Ireland customers. Not an issue for me, as have been using an old charging adaptor to plug the USB C cable into.

I would give zero if I could!!!

I would give zero if I could!!!! Purchased a phone for my daughters Xmas present with plenty time for delivery, it was delivered two weeks late after numerous emails being sent , no concern was shown and not even a gesture of good will !!!! Not impressed in the slightest.
