At first they guarantee the arrival before Christmas, finally I give the present on Jan 16!
They just bonus shipmet cost that was't charge anyway... Funny!
Phone is ok but charging in not for UE... 😕
Service and timing very bad. The phone is ok at the moment.

Update 21/02/2020: refund offered but told it will take 30-60 days. Will update of I receive a refund but I still believe this is a potential fraud. Avoid at all costs!

Great price but it's useless if you never know when you'll receive your phone.
Been waiting since mid December for mine and support can never give you an exact answer as to when you'll get it. They always tell you "in a few days". Buyer beware!

They sent me the Indian charger for me to use in England (which I can't use). So using a dump plug that taking ages to charge up my phone. The whole point of buying this product as it takes little time to charge up the battery. I requested for replacement of charger, and the staff told me they will send me the UK plug. Waited for 6weeks, basically lied. And very cheap thing to do. If they can't replace, why don't they say it in for place. So I can buy somewhere the charger. They even sent me an email saying they will send me UK charger which is a bit lie, coz it never arrived. So big disappointment. They even stopped replying to my emails now. Coz last 3 times I never received any reply regarding the charger query. I personally wouldn't recommend after my experience with this seller. So think about it, before you buy. U may not get what you are experiencing. It's up to you taking that risk, before u can purchase.

I got the phone after more than 30 days instead than 15.
Bought during the last Black Friday to have it as a gift for my son for Christmas, I have received it only on the 30th of December.
In a while, the price dropped down and it was better to buy it later and not during the Black Friday, saving money and having it earlier.
Moreover, I have tried to contact the customer service via email and after having explained them the issues, I am still waiting for answers after dozens of email.

Excellent service from purchase to delivery. My Xiaomi Mi9 lite, is a fantastic phone, real value for money. I would recommend this company with no question, and will buy from again. 5 stars.

Wrong informations until I received the phone.

The phone was delivred with an US plug 27W power adaptor.
You added a 10W adaptor but it doesn't match. I ordered a smartphone with 27W charging.
I am obliged to order a 27W adaptor with EU plug and I paid it 12€.

That's why I am not satisfied.

I have now a new cellphone. Delivery takes only ten days and price is good.
