I was taken back when placing the order with a London addressed company, to be diverted to a European (Spanish) site and paid for the phone in Euros.
Then worryingly left in the dark, without any communication, since making the order for 3 weeks.
Took some some time to arrive but did arrive on the last day as promised.
The phone is as described and otherwise the service is excellent and would not hesitate to order again and recommend.

Simple ordering procedure and it was even received a few days earlier than indicated. Overall very pleased.

Asked for refund but keep coming back with false promises saying I will get my order fulfilled. No. I want an immediate refund. This shop cannot be trusted. Two months on they could not deliver.

On 22 February 2020 - still waiting for the smartphones. According to the website they should have arrived by maximum delivery date of 10 February 2020. Still no tracking number nor any updates on shipping. Appalling.

When ordering 2 smartphones it said delivery in 15 working days. It will update delivery date as soon as payment received. I paid by credit card on 29 Dec 2019. Payment cleared in 2 days. No update to delivery date. Doesn't keep promise. Poor customer service. Not good for good business. Still waiting to receive the 2 smartphones ordered...

I was waiting for my phone yesterday, but i didnt have it. i send 2 emails to the contact and im waiting for response... we will see.....

Top price, product and package perfect, but on the web site, I saw there was already in the warehouse, but not in Europe, as intended, it was in China, so at last, the phone arrived some days after scheduled arrival time.
I have made the order on 16/12/2019 and the delivered should be on 07/12/2019 but arrived on 09/12/2019 not perfect, so if you want your product fast, you have to go elsewhere, if you have time like me, I find there the best price.
I also contact by mail on support service, very fast answers, and give a good response.
So all ok for service and product, but delivery time not perfect, so no perfect service, no 5 stars, by the way, a very good sealer, I will recommend it, and use again!

My experience so far has been very bad. I haven't received my phone yet.

The estimated delivery day was the 23rd of December 2019. 22 days later and I still haven't received anything and there is no tracking number.

Phone came on the day that it said it would, but came with a European plug, rather than the one that England uses. I wish they could include a plug for the country they're shipping to as well.
