They promised me a refund and lied, they told me the refund will be here but it's all a lie and they are just scammers. Why tell me youe gonna give me a refund and make me wait for no reason. They are just scammers and lied so be careful

Scamers!!!!!! Beware they take your money then lie to you...

Do not purchase membership from this company, they take your money and claim that the property is DSS accepted when all they do is take your money and book in an appointment with another agency that has a stringent criteria for rent. It is false advertising and fraud!

What can I say? Absolutely great experience with all staff; Adam and Gina, both very friendly and professional but most importantly, Luke who has gone above and beyond for my father-in-law while finding him s property accepting benefits. My in laws needed alot of support as we live approx 180 miles away and she has health issues. Adam was absolutely gracious and kind to her and I would highly recommend their services. I like to remind that always remember not everything in life runs smoothly and there are always hiccups, but with the service received I knew things will run as great as they can be. Thank you guys for all your help and support.

STAY AWAY! There are two guys Adam and Mark making money off vulnerable people. Disgusting behaviour! Never use. Taking money for viewings then when calling to accept they disappear.

This company is a bit of a scam. They take your money to sign you up to find properties for you and makes claims no guarantors are needed for properties on Gumtree but after signing up and viewed the property they ask you for a guarantor and even requesting deposit payments before putting your offer to the landlords. They asked their paid members to ring between 9am-12pm each day for viewings on the same day but you could be ringing for the entire 3 hours and no one answer the phone or for hours the phone would be busy to prevent leaving a voicemail or speaking to someone. Each time the company is confronted by email they would repeat the same line asking me to follow the procedure and call during 9am-12pm and leave a message when they do not return calls and the phone would be off the hook where you are prevented from leaving a voicemail. Also they do not have a daily property list and I have always been sent studio flats when making clear I need a one bed flat and they cannot return my call to discuss why they are not complying to my requirements. I had just two viewings with the company and made one offer where I was asked for a guarantor which I was not told I would need. Sham and a bit of a scam. Poor communication, unhelpful and do not care about its members and do not have the properties yet taking an upfront fee. Avoid.

Please don’t trust are a real scam.

Contacted by a applicant claiming to be 'Cole Rosetta', an applicant with a good occupation, stable income, looking to move-in as soon as possible. Arranged a viewing for the same day to meet 'Cole Rosetta' at the property.

Met the applicant at the property to find a completely different person, which did not match any of the information provided. The person at the property had never heard of a Cole Rosetta, nor knew any of the information previously given over the phone.

The gentlemen was viewing the property on behalf of his mother who needed lift access, which the property did not have. After a little discussion we found out, his mother paid thePlaceFinder.com to help find a property on her behalf and forwarded all the information, we provided, necessary to attend the viewing.

In a circumstance where all the information provided to us was falsified, such as in this case, we would immediately blacklist the customer as untrustworthy. Fortunately, we were quick enough to identify the scam business and proceeded with the viewing as a courtesy.

Unfortunately, the mother was scammed out of the money, but we are the process of looking for another property for her.

They took an elderly woman's money for nothing! My mother paid £79 and when she was calling them to view properties - they were not answering. Obviously a scam.

I needed a DSS property as my current landlord decided to sell our house with short notice and thank God I found you guys. I found a place within a week and cannot thank you enough.

I send email yesterday to this company. I get replay saying I need to pay £59. When I google I see the address and I go to see the office in Covent Garden and it no there! I ask too many people and they all say this address no exist! Too many people go to find this placefinder and it not exist!!! This company is big scam!!!! They are lying!!

Do not use. I lost much money trying to find home. When I pay Mr Adam stop taking my call. Please do not lose your money like me. Big liar Mr Adam and Placefinder.

Con Artists.
We are local reputable Estate Agent in Turnpike Lane, North London. This company tried passing off one of our rentals as their own.
We received a distressing call (after calling the number on our board) from one of their applicants who turned up at our property thinking they had an appointment.
It appears they have charged this poor person £79 and taken bank account details for a non existing listing.
Please be vigilant and only trust ARLA registered lettings companies.

Absolute lies and deceit from this company, do not part with any money and do not believe a word.

Found a flat on gumtree with no pictures just a description. Contacted the number listed and told I had to register my details to view. I went online to register and they want to charge £79 to show me the property. Ridiculous fee when there’s no guarantee I’ll take anything I see with them. I don’t know how they get any business when they offer a service at that cost when 99% of estate agents will do exactly the same thing for free.
