Avoid this company purchase at your own risk. My doors took 12 months from enquiry to delivery. They do not respond to telephone calls or emails so frustrating. Still waiting for outstanding items which I doubt I will ever receive.

The product and quality looks good. Its been 6 months and I'd say the fitting looks good, though the Palladio door could do with a bit more adjustment with regards to the lock.
I gave 2 stars since we cleared our balance before the work was complete (T's and C's), which also called for Building's Reg's approval (He was not FENSA/CERTASS approved at the time of our work). Lee has walked off with £299 (explicitly earmarked for inspection) of our money which he claims he doesn't have owing to cashflow problems. Hence we've not had a Building Control Inspection for the change of windows and Front Door and Glass associated with it.
With this experience, you can say that we also have no guarantee/warranty of the fittings and workmanship, since he's walked off with our money some 6 months ago at the time of writing. If you're not going to return our cash, why would you fix any problems?
In summary, if you're happy to part with your cash (you have to pay materials upfront BTW and that's not transparent how much they cost, but it works out to be more than 70% of our final bill ) for the risk of no guarantee and no building regs, then order away!

Processed our order late, ran out of stock and then 22 days to process a refund. Poor service, will not purchase from this company again. Found the branded doors elsewhere.

Great company. I love my new door! I went to get a quote from here as I thought it would be more expensive than one I had and my husband would let me have the original one. But no, Lee's quote was much better. I couldn't find the exact door I wanted so Lee told me to design it myself which I did. He produced a sketch of what it would look like and it wa a much better than anything I could find elsewhere. I originally wanted composite which is more expensive but Lee explained why that wasn't the best as we live by the sea so my door is pvc which is a much better price. I have an awkward design with a large side panel and I wanted as much glass as possible. Lee suggested we had a larger door than the original which makes more sense as it's been impossible to get furniture through before. The length of time to get the door delivered was a long wait but as soon as it arrived Lee came to fit it even though his foot was in a plaster boot at the time. He's since been back to sort out a few niggles and we are really happy with the door. I have recommended him to a friend who has had a door fitted and she's very happy with that too.

Complete joke of a company. no communication from company regarding my order and told lie after lie. Have asked for full refund but very much doubt I'll ever see it. Please avoid this company.

For record, this is the first time ever I am reviewing a co. that poorly.

Their website states false information that the product is in stock and will be delivered in 48 hrs. But in reality it was 6-8 weeks.
They have refunded the door amount back to me it was a hassle. Too many emails, phone calls etc.

I am still waiting for a refund of approx. £100 for the handles I had purchased to go with the door. I had posted them back to the address quoted but as per the royal mail tracking, the receiver rejected the parcel. When I checked the address it was incorrect. I had to complaint but they say it will take 30 days for the complaints team to revert.

As a result of this, we had to pay our builder £200 more. Got our extension delayed due to false information advertised by this company. So overall I am approx. £300 worst off because of this company.

And top of this there is no apology, there is no callback in spite of me calling and emailing them numerous times.

I want to support a small business but not at the cost of my money, time and patience.

Fantastic company, wouldn’t hesitate to use again. I ordered a Palladio Door and it exceeded my expectations. Kept informed regarding delivery. Fantastic product and company that also responds fast to emails.

I wouldn't even give them one star but as its the only lowest rating I will let them have that. My dad placed an order on the 18/05/24 and paid £45 for delivery, the door finally arrived on 31/05/24 but only half of the order. No information given on why the rest didn't arrive, after calling them they said it was due to damage. So I had to phone to find this out no email or call from tnem to let me know, and they told me they will send me alternative for which I agreed they said they will get back to me and no call back even after telling them I have had to cancel the carpenter and rebook them. Absolutely, disgusting I will advise everyone to go elsewhere. I have had to cancel the carpenter twice first time maybe genuine error and the door was damage, but they couldn't be bothered to even get back to me on what happens next is just not on thats pure waste of our time and money. I am now hoping to get my refund back for all the door that wasn't delivered and will never shop from here again. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Needed a new door and wanted a composite door. Posh Doors were recommended to me.
There was no hard sell and the representative Lee Sheriff couldn't do enough for me. I bought a blue door which is a super colour and quality and worth every penny. The communication was brilliant and extremely helpful. The fitting was perfect super quick and very respectful.
Would definitely use again and I highly recommend this company.

We ordered a custom sized internal aluminium door for our kitchen extension back in November. The team were really helpful with my queries before order, and kept us informed on delivery. They were even able to push this through quicker (ordered Black Friday week) for pre-Christmas delivery. Our door is great quality, we will be ordering more for our next project!

I bought 2 Palladio doors from the Posh Door Company and had a 3rd party install them.

The quality of the doors is excellent and good value. I couldn’t be happier.

During the sales and after-care process, Lee was extremely helpful and communicative. He had great product knowledge and was able to answer all my questions e.g. about door construction and u-values.

For the front door, we weren’t doing a like-for-like replacement so we had to make a number of decisions that Lee gave us really helpful advice including:
1. Advice on the width of the door - I was keen to size up slightly
2. Changing 1 side panel to 2 smaller ones - I was concerned about the side panels being too slim and looking odd and not letting in enough light.
3. Helpful warning about checking measurements of obstructions as we changed not only the width of the door but also which side it opened on
4. Installation advice and matching trim colours to the coloured door
5. Advice on the threshold height - I sent Lee pictures of our situation and he was again able to provide guidance
6. Door design choices - he sent through helpful pictures to help me decide on which door designs to choose
7. I think there were a few more things too which I can't recall off the top of my head

Overall, I exchanged quite a few emails with Lee, plus had a number of phone calls to arrive at all the decisions / work out all the details. As a first time door purchaser, the advice was incredibly helpful to me. Also, all communication was prompt and comprehensive (all the advice plus delivery communication etc).

Great support in choosing the right front door, whereby i decided on a completely differnet colour that I had intended...and it was the right choice :-) Pricing was competitive. I will use the Theposhdoorcompany again

Great customer service end to end not just via email but also willing to pick the phone up and speak to you and your fitter if needed. Also very competitive price compared to other resellers out there.

I would highly recommend. The customer service was brilliant. Someone spoke directly with the builder I employed to fit the door to ensure all the measurements were correct. My delivery date was amended to a time that would suit me. The door arrived on the date agreed in good condition, it was well wrapped. I could not be more than pleased with the door, it is of high quality, the weight alone reinforces that, but it is finished to a high standard and looks really door, so much so that neighbours and friends comment on how good it looks.

Can highly recommend the posh door company, Lee was great and we are really pleased with the product will hopefully use again in the near future.

Having recently decided to replace my old wooden back door, i researched composite doors for both insulation values and security benefits.

The Posh Door Company came out on top with the best value offer taking into account the added features I have mentioned.

They helped me size the door correctly such that when the fitter came to fix the door, there were no snags with opening sizes, frame fitting or threshold details. Locks and hardware are really good quality.

The sales and technical support I received both before and after delivery have been brilliant.

Happy to recommend this company and Iwill be using them again.

If I could give them no stars I would.
I placed a order on the 1st of June 2023 for 3+0 bespoke doors and deanta internal bifold track.
I was told 16 weeks wait so I paid in full.
Track turned up on the 6th of July 2023 all wrapped up which I left wrapped up until the doors turned up in November 2023.
It wasn't until I went to fit everything for my customer the door running gear was missing.
After months of back and forward I still haven't received the running gear and now being ignored and left with bespoke doors I can not fit or use.
I have started small claims procedure and had to refund my very angry customer in full which has left me £1600 out of pocket.
If you want a bad service and be left out of pocket and then to be ignored please go ahead.

This is an amended review as per my word to the "boss lady" (btw your name is on other reviews on the internet :) - just saying). Anyhow I purchased some doors just before Christmas. Contacted them numerous time to get some update on delivery dates. Had no luck getting through to someone who could answer my questions. Eventually having to cancel the order and getting a full refund (thanks).

My experience with the Posh Company wasnt great as you probably gathered. Mainly due to the really ... really ..... reeeaalllllyyyyyy poor communication and customer service to my liking.

I knew from the reviews that my experience was either going to be fine or terrible. I took the risk and placed an order, but regretted it.

An overview of the process:
- I placed an order for some doors that were showing as "in stock" on the website (I have screenshots to prove this)
- I was contacted the next day to be told that they didn't have the doors and I was asked which alternative replacement doors I wanted (no offer of a refund)
- I asked for a refund and received a reply copying in the Accounts team, who I was told would process the refund for me
- Then nothing happened and I never heard from them again despite chasing a couple of times
- Thankfully I paid via PayPal, so I was able to open a dispute through them to request a refund
- PayPal also tried to contact the seller and received no reply, meaning I had to wait the maximum possible time before receiving my refund

So essentially they lied about having stock, took my money, sat on it for nearly a month and then only gave it back because PayPal reversed the transaction.

They have all the policies clearly defined on their website for returns / refunds / etc, but they don't follow them, so they are essentially useless.

I have since re-purchased my doors from a different company and the experience was night and day.
