Appalling service. Ordered some door knobs for my house. Spoke to the company before ordering and they assured me they had the item in stock. After placing the order, I got a notification that the products have been shipped but did not receive anything even after a week. When I chased them they informed me they don't have stock and will not have stock till a couple of months later. Requested a refund which they agreed to do within 3-5 working days. Over a month later and several chaser emails that have no response, I'm still waiting for a refund. Will have to look at legal action to recover money.

What a pleasure working with The Posh Door Company Limited regarding my project. 34 doors in total and they helped me with every query I had, designs and sizes that I needed. Really couldn't recommend enough, I would of been lost without their advice

I ordered some pocket doors which I then had to pay £136 to be returned, un opened. I have been emailing the company and calling to see where my refund is for 6 weeks now and I have still not received my refund. The people who I speak to on the phone never call back, and the customer service is terrible.

Very poor door handling during transportation. When contacted afterwards it's very difficult to get a replacement or refund. At some point they just ignore your requests. Wouldn't recommend them.

I can't recommend The Posh Door Company enough! From start to finish, I was so impressed with the service, quality and installation of our brand new white PVC windows and palladio front door which is absolutely stunning - we love it!! Amazing customer service! I received 5 Deanta doors in total which were sadly all damaged. The Posh Door Company do not hold stock of the doors and the goods come directly from the supplier. It was therefore, no fault of the company and was actually Deanta's fault for the continuous damaged doors and for using an outsourced delivery van. Their direct reviews seem to evidence that this is a common problem.

We ended up going for JB Kind in the end and the door arrived on a JB Kind small van and no damage whatsoever. Cannot fault the quality.

Will definitely recommend the company to anyone and will be ordering the other doors from here in the future.

I would not recommend this company. They are terrible with their communication and customer service team don't seem to have any clue. They do not update you on your orders and don't even let you know if the order has been delayed etc. No clue

Definitely would not deal with this company again. They forgot to place my order from the start and from then it was all lies from them.
No contact or updates from them unless I contacted them first. Spent a lot of money with them which doesn't matter for customer service. Extremely Extremely poor service.

£15 to deliver a door latch and it never arrived. No tracking, no followups.
When I complained the said they would investigate and get back to me.
Now again I have been waiting days for an update. I have requested a refund and the response is that they must follow process. Not sure what the means! Never again!

Just received a full refund.
