This course is wonderful

This course is wonderful. I found the six weeks flew and I felt better very quickly. I found listening to Fiona every night to be so relaxing and the fact I was learning in my sleep was amazing. Everyone should complete this.

Really benefitted from this course

Really benefitted from this course - it explores different aspects of your life and teaches you resilience, awareness, compassion and kindness. The meditations are great, I have never slept so well! I would recommend this course for anyone and everyone.

I used to have days with very negative…

I used to have days with very negative Emotions especially in some mornings, just completed the programme and haven't had it since 5 weeks now. Really great the way this reprogrammes your subconscious mind! Thank you Fiona!

The Positive Habit

Having completed the Positive Habit online course and also having read The Positive Habit book I would like to recommend it as someone who has suffered with negative thinking for many years. It helps you understand that it up to you to start implementing daily positive routines into your life if you want to implement your negative thoughts changing into positive thinking patterns. Listening to the MP3 hypnotherapy, I also found useful when carried out on a daily basis.

Excellent programme I have noticed…

Excellent programme I have noticed little changes that are just happening for example walking minimum 30 minutes everyday and parking away from work to make sure it happens. It sounds small but I am feeling great, eating better and feel very positive right now and for the future. Thank you Fiona xx

A joyful and calming process!

I've always felt I'm a happy, positive person, but I've struggled with anxiety and a vicious inner critic! The Positive Habit Program has helped me become much more patient with myself, less reactive to stressful situations and given me techniques to calm myself down. Thank you so much Fiona

Totally worth the time and effort

What an amazing programme

The changes have been so subtle, I probably wouldn't even have noticed them, had I not seen the actual scoreboard. After each week, I've submitted a survey and it went from an initial score of 61.11/100 to an 88.89/100 positivity score. Yep, the most important thing that I've done in 2020. So much so, that when wishing everyone a Happy New Year, I could not say "after the bad year we've just had" - because I did not have a bad year, but a year of lots of positivity.

As someone who has always struggled to…

As someone who has always struggled to slow down and engage with mindful practices the scientific backdrop of the effect of retraining your mind really appealed to me. The course is well-structured and over time I was pleasantly surprised to see how I naturally integrated the many coping mechanisms into my day to day life. This is a habit for a lifetime and I will be investigating the Sustaining Positivity course.

A brilliant course

I found this course very helpful in aiding me to worry less, live in the moment more and to nurture my mind and help me to be a better person for ME. I learnt a lot of great techniques to use during stressful situations. I will continue to listen to the audios as I found them really helpful and relaxing.

Highly recommend this course

This course really helped me change my perspective and outlook on life. The recordings were so good and as an added side benefit they helped me easily get to sleep each night.

Amazing course

Amazing course full of wisdom and practical tips. I loved the MP3s and always had a deep, relaxing sleep afterwards. I feel I have a more positive outlook than I had before. I highly recommend this course.

Maintain a positive Habit?

I started Fiona’s positive habit program at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in Ireland. I was working long hours in a stressful job. My partner was in the high risk category and I was really worried for my friends and family.

Fiona’s program really helped me identify some long held habits and break the cycle or worry and negative thinking that I had too often experienced in the past. During a unprecedented time, her program helped so much and I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone. I am very grateful for doing the program and wish Fiona all the best with the rest of her work!

Nurturing Positivity

I started The Positive Habit in Oct 2020 to keep an eye on my mental health. I know how important it is to be positive as it colours your whole perception of life. I really loved the programme.
The information and ideas were excellent. Lots of examples to use in everyday life. They were challenging & required some work.
I particularly enjoyed the 20min sessions of hypnotherapy. I tried to do them every day at least once. The visual journeys were so inspiring. At times I felt so in touch with myself like no other place or 'journey' before.
Fiona your voice is so easy to listen to, & feels very personal.
Overall I found the course V positive, inspiring, self nurturing, v satisfying & hopefully I will bring the experience & knowledge I've learnt into my daily life. Practice practice practice!!!

I chose to try out this program after…

I chose to try out this program after hearing Fiona on Dermot and Dave 6 weeks ago. I remembered her from a few times previously and mentioning that this program was free in the previous lockdown as well. Fiona has such a cheery and positive outlook everytime she is on. I figured I'm in a positive and strong place and what better time to sign up. I've been guilty of nodding off every night without getting to listen to the audios in their entirety so I play them again each morning before getting up. I really find them helpful and I love the fact that even if I am asleep my subconscious is always awake and taking it all in. Maybe it's the lazy in me but I can totally relax knowing that. I've learnt that I'm guilty of neglecting my mind; I eat reasonably healthy and exercise regularily but I dont exercise and take care of my mind. I will continue to work on this and become more aware of my thoughts and emotions to become the best person I can be, the best parent, partner, sister and friend and be proud of who i am. I have recommended to friends and family and play the audios for my kids every so often (well if they are going to come into my bed in the mornings it comes at a price😀 ). Thank you so much.

Fiona has really helped me to focus on…

Fiona has really helped me to focus on the positives while I await a diagnosis that has been delayed several times because of the pandemic. I would recommend this programme to anyone who is struggling to find a light at the end of the tunnel right now. It may seem like something else to commit to, to try to find time for but it honestly never took more than 10 mins in the morning and I would fall asleep to the audio every night. My husband reckons he’s seen a tremendous shift in my personality, I am no longer anxious or angry, but try to focus on my blessings and see all people for their own struggle so instead of reacting in kind I show compassion. This in turn shifts my own emotions and adds to the feeling of wellbeing. Thank you Fiona, you brought the real me back to life.

God's Love Shining Through

Fiona Brennan in all sorts of ways has definitely helped me to transform my life to an even greater degree. I am far more relaxed now, I am able to live more in the moment and thankfully I am also much happier. Moreover, I find the MP3 meditations and reflections invaluable. Consequently, each day doesn't feel right unless I begin and end with one such self- calming reflection. Fiona, how I wish I could give you a more personal thank you. I listen to Fiona’s blog every time she publishes something. The most exhilarating part of this is Fiona’s remarkable way of instilling positivity in her lessons.
