Terrible returns process
Bought the red velvet Tilly prom dress and matched the size chart exactly…too big in the bust and waist! Return at shippers cost from the US, which cost $50. Just got a bill for tariffs of it coming over for $75!!! And likely have to pay it AGAIN for the return. By the time I’m done I’ll pay more for returning it than buying it. I’m so mad.

I ordered the KENNEDY ROLL COLLAR PENCIL DRESS size 8 in Bordeaux for my big birthday to Florence .
I was thrilled with the quality , fit and beautiful colour of the dress and felt a million dollars ! I accessorised with a broach . It fitted like a glove but I did NOT upsize as many have ,as there is a bit of stretch in fabric.

Dress never came
Dress never came. It was delivered to the incorrect address some how. No refund and it has been weeks. I had to end up ordering another dress for my daughter’s dance at 3 times the amount plus express shipping.
