Tilly pencil dress in black velvet
Tilly pencil dress in black velvet. Received my parcel within 3 days, well packaged in a box with tissue paper and paperwork, well presented. Pulled tissue paper back and wow a gorgeous dress, good quality. Tried it on and it fitted perfectly. Really pleased, can’t wait to wear this on a night out. I now have 3 of the dresses. Would highly recommend. Also I would say they are true to size.

The dress that I ordered is well made and fully lined (unlike a lot of dresses these days). Unfortunately it didn't fit so I had to return it but their product is of a high standard!

I ordered two dresses that were not…
I ordered two dresses that were not suitable. My problem is I sent them back promptly arriving back 28/4. When ringing to check when the refund was being processed I was told it would not be done until 15/5. When I complained I was told that the management told them not to refund until 2 weeks and the staff did not agree with this. Management stop keeping peoples money in your bank. my order number is 124133 if you could process my return ASAP please.

The dress is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately for me I didn’t understand the UK sizing and probably needed to size up one size but it’s so lovely that I am keeping it as inspiration for a smaller me.
