Our house value £148.500.
They offered £118.600 was low, but was happy with the speedy completion they offered. They went became impossible to contact the 2 week before completion date.
3 days before completion date ,they called and said the survey found some damp which could cost between 5 and 7k!!! So they now can only offer £80.000!!!
They wasted our time and money.
There are better companies out there. So please Avoid at all cost.

Must say ive been very impressed throughout. After recently completing my sale I cant speak highly enough of the expeirence. I had trouble with the paper work side of things but they spent the time to clearly explain to me every step of the process and without them I dont think I would have completed in time so thank you very very much!
