The Property Explorer have been my choice of agent for my last two property sales and most recent foray into the market. I have found their services go above and beyond other agents, ensuring they provide good quality and effective feedback and keeping me updated at all points in the process. My particular thanks to Kevin, who worked exceptionally hard, was an absolute pleasure to talk to, and took the time to thoroughly understand my position and that of potential buyers.

Oliver, from Property Explorers, was recommended to me by a close friend. He promptly returned my call, and came to my home to propose his plan for selling the house. I also interviewed another reputable agent, the previous day. I liked Oliver’s energy and enthusiasm, on the prospect of selling for us. I agreed and signed his very simple and reasonable contract and terms. The service was concise and thorough. From the day I signed, there was a quick and beautiful photography session and went online in a couple of days. There were two or three other agents that that took over, and after Rachel on the open house, and Danny’s buyer negotiations, I got a very good offer. Kevin then finalized the entire process, which was slightly longer than I expected (due to chain), but still shorter than most sales. The communication was excellent, from start to finish. I recommended Ollie to close friends, also selling in my area, and they also sold quickly and were very happy with their results. For me, I needed someone with great follow-through and follow-up, and Property Explorers, were exactly that, for me. I would use them in future, if I needed expert agents for my next home sale or purchase. I highly recommend them.

Very disappointing experience. I agreed a sale over three months ago, yet there’s been no meaningful update from the estate agent about the buyer’s mortgage progress. I’ve just learned from my solicitor that the buyer hasn’t even submitted a mortgage offer to their lawyer—a completely unacceptable delay.

What makes this worse is that the buyer is using the agency’s own in-house mortgage advisor. Despite that, they’ve failed to provide any clear timeline or update. I raised my concerns formally and sent a written notice outlining next steps, yet the estate agent didn’t even acknowledge receipt or follow up.

The dismissive attitude, lack of transparency, and complete failure to communicate have put my own purchase at serious risk. I expected a much higher standard of professionalism.

This is the 2nd time I have used Property Explorer. Would 100% recommend. The whole team, Ollie, Grant & Kevin have been great from day one

Property Explorer were the agents for the house we wanted to buy. I have never been through the buying and selling process, having been in my first home for 33 years so I really appreciated the honest and helpful advice and support from Danny in the initial stages, especially when we were offering on our dream home. Once our offer had been accepted Kevin took over as Progression Manager and he continued to give really helpful advice and guidance on the process and continually kept in touch on progress, applying polite pressure as and when needed. Both myself and my husband were really impressed with the service provided which included the offer for the whole family to wait in their offices in their warm and comfortable lounge, with access to hot drinks, for the 3 hours that it took between us moving out and getting the keys to our new home.
