A very deserved 5 Stars for TPE for providing such a courteous and knowledgeable service and professionalism from start to finish with the recent sale of our house.

This is my end of tenancy review for The Property Explorer (TPE). I rented through TPE for 2 years. Every time I had to call them, they were always very helpful, prompt and genuine.

They made moving in and moving out easy. They were very prompt helping us to replace a broken boiler, and worked extra hours over weekends to help us out with a couple of maintenance issues we had.

A particular shout out to Wendy, who was always a delight to chat to on the phone and was my main point of contact the past 2 years.

We originally approached The Property Explorer 4 years ago about selling our flat but unfortunately due to external factors the market wasn’t where we needed it to be. We came back to them in May of this year and having paid their “one-time” fee back in 2018 they were happy to take on the marketing again.
As luck would have it they knew of an investor who was in the market for rental opportunities so we started conversations about viewings etc. The Property Explorer we’re quick with their communication, and used their position to get the best for both us and the buyer. We agreed a sale quickly and 3 months later have completed with no issues.

I'm buying a house via The Property Explorer and there have been a number of delays due to the state of the market at the moment. I can't thank Kevin enough, for the support he's provided me as a purchaser. He's kept on the case of my solicitors to help us finally push through to exchanging contracts today.
I would 100% recommend these guys if anyone is looking to sell or buy a house.
