Great support on our purchase.
We had a great experience with the property explorer when putting an offer on a house. The viewings with Lisa were great and Danny was very quick to respond when we were putting in an offer which was much appreciated. Thank you!

When you look for an Estate Agent it can be a bit of a Minefield. However the Property Explorer provided excellent service and managed to sell our property in just over a week. All the drawbacks and problems with other Estate Agents were dealt with immediately so everything ran smoothly from Marketing to Sale. The whole Team are very professional and combine together to achieve the goal of selling a Property in quick time for a realistic price. I would urge anyone in Basingstoke to use the Property Explorer and ignore other Estate Agents who do not deliver on what they say. Property Explorer think more of just selling your property, they are very courteous, caring and communication is regular which gives you the customer great confidence in your choice of Estate Agents.

Very friendly approach and helpful. We had one little hiccup but this was resolved immediately. Was kept informed of what was happening re the sale. Dan was always willing to help

Independent Estate Agent with a great team in place to professionally take me through a purchase and sale. Oliver and Kevin were so supportive and kept me fully informed of the progress guiding me through a rocky patch

My experience with The Property Explorer has been absolutely first rate!! The service I have received from the team, particularly Kevin Cheeseman has been Outstanding! Nothing was too much trouble. I was kept informed at all times of any developments and any correspondence was responded to politely and efficiently. Always going the extra mile and keeping me updated. I cannot fault the team and Iwould highly recommend them to sell your property. It has been an absolute pleasure working with them. I cannot find a single thing negative thing to say about the entire process of them selling my home.

These guys don’t give up! Trying to sell just as the market crashed in second half of 2022 has been so challenging and many Agents would have lost interest - not these guys thank goodness . Regularly working behind the scenes to get it sold and more importantly over the line they more than earned their fee. Wendy Ellis the Rentals Manager is an absolute star. Always available and very helpful with regard to our rental properties. Highly recommended. My tenants have always spoken highly of Wendy too. Certainly better than her competitors!

Really friendly and helpful team always happy to help with anything we needed, Kevin spent a lot of time helping us get our move across the line. We also used their mortgage broker Stuart who was excellent.
