Out of all the letting agents I’ve ever rented from the property explorer exceeding by miles, Wendy was always at the end of the phone to help and made everything easy and stress free. Would 10000% recommend you will not be disappointed

I have wasted time with two other estate agents, trying to sell my house. From the minute I have gone with The Property Explorer, it’s been a whole different experience. They do exactly what they say they’re going to do, on time and in a friendly manner. A joy to work with both Dan and John. The stress of it all has gone away & they have got me my asking price. I full recommend them !

Just used The Property Explorer for the second time to sell our home and once again a 5 star service from the entire team! They secured a fantastic buyer for our home and the whole sale process was smooth and stress free! I want to personally thank Stuart their Mortgage Broker who also managed to switch our mortgage product early so that we would avoid paying a huge redemption charge when the sale completed. This saved us so much money! He was helpful throughout the entire process and did all the direct contact with our bank to make sure it was all done at the right time. It was such a relief for me as as it was one less thing I had to think about. Stuart I honestly can’t thank you enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your services to family & friends. I also want to give a special mention to Hayley Butler at Rowberry Morris Solicitors, who again we have used before, and she was an absolute star in making sure we exchanged contracts as quickly as possible as she was aware that we needed to complete by a certain date. Again everything went completely smoothly and the whole process was stress free. Hayley simply gets things done and you never have to chase her for anything! Thank you all again! You really have been amazing, especially during a really tough market at the moment.

My experience with the property explorer has been a breath of fresh air. Wendy and Carrie-Anne’s friendly, helpful, and timely approach sets them apart from all other letting agents I've used. They have really gone above and beyond. Highly recommended!

If you can avoid them, do. The Property Explorer is always on the side of the landlord even when they clearly shouldn't be.
Firstly, we had inspections every 6 months that would constantly blame us for the state of the flat that was entirely the landlords fault. For example they blamed us for poor ventilation in the bathroom, but that was because the extraction fan was broken and the landlord refused to fix it.
Secondly, when we moved out the agency made us pay for a professional carpet clean. The carpet wasn't in a great condition when we moved in, I have photos from our move in day of stains. Also the carpet has clearly been there since the 80's so obviously there's going to be some wear and tear that goes beyond us (we'd only been there two years). Then to make things worse when we moved out, the prop. Explorer tried to claim that we hadn't had the carpets cleaned so would need to take that out of our deposit. They said the carpets were 'disgusting' (maybe something to do with the fact the landlord refuses to get new ones?). Luckily we had proof that the carpet cleaner had been so they eventually dropped that argument.
We ended up only getting back around 25% of our deposit because of all the ridiculous things they and the landlord charged us for. The woman I dealt with on the phone (don't remember their name) was incredibly rude despite being friendly whilst we were tenants.
Overall, as a professional and respectful couple we just decided to move on with our lives and let them keep the deposit.

So just a warning that if you are renting with this agency they will not be on your side, and if you have a difficult landlord they will blame you for things that are not your responsibility and maybe even charge you for them.

The Property Explorer Team gave an excellent service throughout the process of selling our property and buying our new property. They were always on hand to offer advice and assistance. Particular thanks go to Danny and Kevin who were always helpful and on hand to offer advice and support.

I rented a house with Property Explorer for 2 years. During that time Wendy and the team were always on hand to help - even when we got locked out at 6pm on a Friday! I remember from the check-in of the property the team were very thorough providing all meter reading and recording anything slight damaged or not 100%.

They ensured all document and certificate we up to date inline with the regulation.
