Stuart and Kevin from property explorer are experts at what they do! Considering buying a house is one of the most stressful things to do they have made the process so much easier and smoother for me and my partner. They have answered any questions and supported me emotionally with the process and I would recommend them to anyone!! Over the past 4 months they have made me feel at ease and have given me unconditional support. Thankyou again so so much for everything and will miss talking to you both everyday! ( sorry for the daily emails and phone calls) lol

Found us not one but two buyers in an extremely challenging downward market. The first deal fell through due to no fault of TPE but another was located within a few weeks at a slightly lower price. Conveyancing took 5 months to exchange contracts due to problems down the chain but again not related to TPE's performance in any way.

We began our process of hunting for a house back in July and fell in LOVE with a gorgeous house listed under Property Explorer - we put an offer in and it was accepted the next day! The agency were kind and generous with their time and guided us all the way, displayed great standards of ethics and consideration and kept us fully updated all the way through! I want to give a special shout out to Kevin Cheeseman who has been managing our case and has been so great to deal with. I can only hope all first time buyers have an agent as wonderful as Kevin - his honesty, tenacity and kindness has kept our nerves and anxiety at bay even through the difficult parts of this process!

Always been sceptical about estate agents. However Property Explorer is more like an extended family. They have been exceptional with both the selling of our property and the purchase of the new. Despite troubles with the Land Registry, which has caused considerable delays, they have constantly kept us informed and have maintained a positive outlook at all times. We can’t thank them enough.

Viewed one of their properties last weekend. There was no unrestricted parking available anywhere in the area so after driving around for some time, we gave up and my partner viewed the property alone.

The agent would've been well aware of the local parking restrictions and could've simply warned us in their booking email that parking nearly was very difficult - this would've been immensely helpful and allowed us to plan the viewing for a more comfortable experience.

I complained about this on the phone, and the response I received was 'not everyone drives'...

They where friendly and helped a quick sale.

A huge thank you to the whole team at The Property Explorer, a true pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Whilst viewing properties and negotiating we dealt with Lisa, Rachel and Danny who were all very knowledgeable with great communication between the whole team and kept us up to date unlike other agents we had dealt with.

Kevin dealt with the sales progression and was the perfect middle man to link everything together and pushing things forward. There were a few bumps along the road but Kevin was always there with a calm and proactive attitude to ensure that matters were dealt with promptly.

We also used Stuart at Explorer Mortgages who went above and beyond. Not just keeping us up to date with an ever changing mortgage market but also pushing things through when we had a few issues with the lender.
