Bought some radio walkie talkie…
Bought some radio walkie talkie earpieces to use at work. Have used this company before so knew it was reliable. Website easy to use, but used my previous order to get the same items again (I broke my previous one, not their fault!).
All was great. Earpieces were ready for collection in minutes. Had them collected as had a friend who lived in town they were in and he had no problem collecting it. I got an email saying it was ready and needed to bring email confirmation so I called to say it was being collected by someone else who wouldn’t have that email, to be told it had already been collected.
Earpieces all individually bagged and work perfectly.
Would give it 5 stars except for 1 thing. Previously they actually called me to check which radio model I had to ensure I was ordering the right one. Didn’t get a call this time so either they saw I had ordered it before or just don’t provide this level of service anymore and risk having it returned.

I was delivered someone else's item
I was delivered someone else's item. Not just the wrong item, but some else's entirely complete with their invoice containing their personal details. I can only assume that someone somewhere has been delivered my item with my invoice. Does the radio shop expect us to forward the items to the correct people for them? A blatant disregard of GDPR.
